Unbelievable! I had a manicure yesterday at a different salon and the lady did an awful job. I went to Nails & Lady Spa to get it fixed and the lady did an amazing job. I even smudged it while in there and she fixed it in a jiffy with no issue. They would not let me pay them and when I tried to tip the lady she wouldn't even take the money. So kind and nice! I went in to get a gel manicure and i picked out a nice nude color. The only guy in there was doing mine and he seemed aggravated the whole time. The color i picked out probably needed at least 1 extra coat because it was so light but he didnt. I went home that night to cook dinner and after i saw that my nails turned yellow! I went in the next day to change the color and a nice lady did it but ended up charging me an additional $20. So i ended up paying $50 for a gel manicure! Giving one star almost seems TOO much. This place is a freakin rip off. I went there to get a shellac fill and they charged me $50.00. WHAT?! The "nail tech" didn't even put lotion on my hands after he finished his horrible job, I literally had to put it on myself. THEN as I was paying with the girl at the front desk, he stood next to me waiting for his tip. I gave him his undeserved tip and he said "thanks" and walked away. DON'T go here!!! Read Less

Worst experience I had in a while. For the pedicure, The man w was rude and did not listen when I told him he was hurting me. I asked him avoid a section of my toe and he grabbed it multiple times anyways. On to the manicure, I chose gel and that was a mistake. The whole experience was rushed. I never recieved a massage. The man cut my fingers multiple times to the point of bleeding. He left nail polish on that dropped onto my hand. Then the gel manicure chipped after two days. Save your money and time. I've had great experiences here. The pedicures were thorough with good attention to cuticles and heels and Jenny's Gel manicures will last longer than most. She is keen to be sure the polish is right up to the cuticle. Not all techs do this. It does extend the manicure.Read Less

Had a horrible experience. Unfortunately I decided to try this salon to get my nails done for my wedding. The lady did my nails to HER liking, I told her what I wanted and she totally ignored me. My ring finger nail looked like a kid painted them on. I asked for silver stones and she put gold. To top it all off, she kept adding extra charges to the basic mani package. Can't believe I paid all that money just to hate the end product. She even forgot to put the top coat layer on my left thumb which ended up with scratches and marks even before my wedding day. Had a pedicure and gel manicure done on serrate day but both were good. Girls were pleasant and friendly and this place is in a convenient locations because there was ample parking! I gave 3 stars because maybe the place needs a little updating for something more modern or vogue. Read Less

While I have been a regular customer for some time, I am now departing this salon.  It is dirty - filthy.  The hand fans are coated with dirt, the nail dryers have rings of dust, I see spider webs about, nothing seems to get wiped down.  The manicurists are preoccupied with their smart phones and take calls while they are working on you.  Blaring TV's, sticky rims on the polish bottles -- how do they get away with this? I tried this place on a whim and have now been three times (2 manis & 2 pedis). I LOVE the work these technicians do. My gel manicures (with acrylic tips) last 2 weeks plus and still look fantastic, and a pedicure takes at least 45 minutes with extra long sugar scrub pampering. (My sister says the $5 hot stone massage is at least 10 minutes and worth the upgrade.) Prices are about $5 more than average (e.g., gel mani costs $30, regular pedi costs $30, acrylic tips w/ gel costs $45), but the treatment you receive (and the overall time spent on your hands and feet) is absolutely worth the extra money. I used to go to this because it was convieniently close to my house. They are really clean there, but talk about you in another language and look directly at you and laugh. I put up with it because I just didn't want to bother finding another place. They are over expensive, rush your manicure, and are plain out rude. The woman I had was pushy, charged me 50$ for normal acrylic nails WITH OUT a design, and I ended up having an infection because the tools weren't clean. The one time I got a massage there, they burnt me with the hot stones. I have a mark on my back from this. The eye brow waxing is awful, they do not do it nicely, and will get impatient if you keep asking for them to be thinner. Over all this place is AWFUL. I can't say enough good things about Tracy! She slaved over my nails for an hour and a half, gently removing the horrible acrylics I had gotten done at another salon and giving me a shellac manicure.To remove the nails, she alternated between an acetone soak and grinding the residue away. She must have gone through this five times for each hand. She was quite careful to ensure that she didn't touch the nail underneath and kept apologizing about the time. I was so thankful that she didn't try to pry them off with clippers! My fingers and nails were dried out from the acetone, true, but compared to the painful alternative, I was pretty happy.When it was time for the shellac manicure, she didn't rush or skip any steps. I still got a nice manicure with soaking, shaping, and cuticle removal. She did a lovely job with the shellac, and didn't skimp on the hand massage. Tracy alone gets 5 stars, but the salon itself wasn't over the top fantastic. It was a very warm and kind of dark. The chair wasn't the most comfortable. I have been in there and seen it packed with people, but that day it was quiet and the girls (Tracy) were talking loudly in another language. I went to get a pedicure at this salon. The only good thing about the place was that it was fairly clean. The woman who did my pedicure, hurt my feet and cut my toes. She did such a bad job, my feet are still hurting. She put a design on 2 of my toes and charged me another $5 for the "extra work". I never asked her for the design and when she was doing it, I asked her what she was doing, she just smiled and said design. Never said anything about charging more money. She asked me if I wanted a manicure about 4 or 5 times. I hadn't made an appointment for one, nor did I want her. I repeatedly told her that I did not want one. She continued to ask. After the painful pedicure, she asked if I wanted an eyebrow wax. Again I told her no. She then went over to the friend that I was with and asked her if she wanted one. She was pushy, unprofessional and the whole experience was painful and unpleasant. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Read Less
