I am a regular at the Luxebar and have been pleased every visit. I leave with silky looking hair and I’ve gotten what has been the best pedicure of my life here. I just love Mane and Mani. I feel so lucky to be close by and now I have another location right near my office!! The new Burlington location is absolutely gorgeous. I wish Luxebar looked as beautiful! I’m not proud to admit it, but my standards are extremely high for services like blow outs and pedicures. I love Mane & Mani because they offer high quality services in a clean, relaxing environment. I cannot find a better pedicure, especially their paraffin pedi. Worth the upg...rade! Try to book Ashley, she’s kind and does amazing work. There are a few stylists I’m partial to, but if unavailable, it never prevents me from going in. I have never had a bad end result. Its unbelievable to say that I’ve never been taken late. The stylists always run on time, which I really appreciate. Lastly, this has totally become my vice. Fantastic experience!!!! Love, Love, Love ❤️❤️❤️ Mane and Mani in Wellesley!!! I have been going twice a week for years and it is worth every penny!!! It makes you feel beautiful!!! The stylists know exactly how to style and blow dry your hair so it looks AMAZING and lasts a week (especially if you buy and use the Living Proof dry shampoo after a few days that they sell there which is awesome!!!) I cannot rave enough about all of the stylists ( I especially love Elisa -she is incredible), the manicurists (Lydia is excellent) and the front desk staff Sarah and Christine!!! They are all super nice, talented and professional!!! Went to Burlington for the first time and the stylist was nice and service fine. Not stellar, not worth $40 for the 27 minutes I was there. The online booking system is also confusing (they fixed my reservation which I appreciate) with multiple locations as is the FB page. Enjoyed the cold ice water. Very basic service (I just had a blowdry) which at $40 seems like a lot of money for nothing requiring style, etc. Pros about salon - the natural light in the main area and nice ...staff. Cons- area where sinks are is very small and the parking is not plentiful during the work day, at least. I wanted to love it, but they are expensive for basics and I was surprised they didn't have new client or opening specials since I went the day after they officially opened. Working with Luxebar for my wedding was amazing. The staff members were very responsive and professional during the planning process and were able to handle scheduling 9 appointments within a 2.5 hour time frame. The day of the wedding, the stylists were down to earth and very easy to work with. Everyone loved their hairstyle and makeup, and each one was unique! The stylists made us feel comfortable and took the time to ask questions / adjust to make sure the end results were exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend a clean and refreshing pedicure  at this salon. I love it because they are so friendly, professional and you literally place your feet into a tub- that is more like a sink. There are no JeTS which is much more sanitary.I like Jess if you decide to go!!!! Read Less

Update:  Called the salon and was advised that they had my daughter as getting nail art which she didnt end up getting so they refunded that $6.  My other daughter they charged for a full pedicure, even though i booked an express pedicure.  She said that since she did receive a full pedicure then they had to charge that price.  Kind of BS considering I specifically booked the express.  Oh well, I think next time we will try the Marketstreet location.Went today for the 1st time, got my two teens a mani and pedi.  Was a little disappointed when I made the appt that I couldn't get them both done at the same time.  When I got there I discovered it was because there was only one nail tech.  She was really nice and good with my kids.  Unfortunately the positive ends there.  The place was under construction, dust everywhere, nail dryers were covered in dust and plaster (?), nowhere comfortable to sit.... I feel like I should have been warned when I made the appt.  I'm sure it will look nice when done, but it definitely wasn't the relaxing mom/daughter experience.  Again the nail tech did a great job and really was pleasant.  When I went to pay I was a little frazzled and running late so didn't even realize until I got home that I was overcharged.  We did a basic mani ($20) and express pedi ($30) but I was charged $65.  I have emailed and will call and will adjust my review if needed.  I mean if anything, I felt like I should have been given a discount for sitting in a construction. We had a fabulous experience for getting bridal party hair and nails for my sister's wedding this July.  I love the vibe of the salon. For the first day we did mani-pedis.  I got a gel mani which held up for a few weeks.  For day 2 we had a morning hair appointment.  I had 2 stylists which worked seamlessly on my hair.  I have A LOT of hair and wanted an updo with a braid - something that could stand up to my kids (3 under 3) and dancing without me worrying about it.  They did an amazing job.  I felt like I was the one getting married!  The style lasted 2 days with no problems.  They also were great keeping us hydrated with champagne (we brought this).  On both trips I had my 4 mo old with me and the Salon had no issues even when she got fussy the girls took turns holding and comforting her when I was getting my nails done. My gf and I came here for blow-outs.  I had loose curls and extensions put in that I provided.  Within 20 minutes of walking out the door, the bottom weft of hair was hanging probably 3 or 4 inches from the root. Ugh. I get blowouts all the time and it typically takes almost an hour and a half to set my hair with a full package of extensions. This girl was done in about 45 minutes. My hair had almost no volume. Hugely disappointed.My gf has naturally long beautiful hair and her blowout was also lacking any type of volume. She stated that she could have saved her money and did it at home with the same results. She was pissed. I am no hair wizard; I go to hair salons to get styles done that I'm unable to do myself. I'm not saying my hair didn't look pretty, which is why I'm giving 3 stars. It just looked amateur. I am handicapped at styling hair myself and I have made it look better. I personally think Blow Dry Bars should be at every corner ! What girl doesn't like to get a nice wash and blow dry?!I for one, would go multiple times a week if I could afford it ! I have long thick hair, and in the summer heat it just takes too long to do it on my own; so I love the concept of blow dry bars.LuxeBar is located on 114 in Peabody across from the Mall. It was Modern Chic inside, open, bright, and clean ! The difference between LuxeBar and some of the other blow dry bars around is, LB has EVERYTHING ! Blow Drys, Make Up, Nails; it is pretty much a one stop shop for getting pampered !LB is close to my work, so I decided to pop in after; and so happy I did ! I had Paola, and she was AWESOME !  Very friendly, easy to talk to, and did exactly what I had asked for ! I left feeling great, loving my hair; and will 100% be back again !- $36.00 for a wash and blow dry, can't beat it ! Read Less
