Writing this review strictly on the messed up remarks the workers made. There was an old lady that got her nails done at this nail salon and wanted to use a phone to call a taxi, they started laughing at the lady and even made comments like “next time we go to your house or work and do the nails so you don’t get lost”. After the lady made the phone call they kept asking her if she was all set like kicking this poor lady out. Me and my friend could not believe what was happening, they did a good job with our nails but the way they made fun of the lady was uncalled for I would not come back to this salon again 🤷🏼‍♀️. This is the worst experience I have ever had in 20 years of getting my nails done. I told them I needed to be at work by 1 on the phone. They had me wait for 15 minutes and then told me I would be late. My pedicure alone took the full 45 minutes. Dryig still currently. They also asked me for my own flip flops which I had never heard of. They have no flip flops. It’s 40 degrees out I’m obviously wearing boots. To say the least I won’t be returning. UPDATE- the woman put cotton on my feet as I was leaving. It completely ruined my pedicure (obviously). I called to tell them to refund my card. She said no and that she said I could come back. I went to this salon once to do a shellac manicure and I was surprised by how beautiful it was and the great service I received. It's a little bit more expensive than the average nail salon in Peabody and they only accept cash for tip but it's definitely worth it.I will definitely be coming back :) Read Less

I have been going to this salon since my friend introduced it to me in 2013. They deliver a flawless mani and pedi every time. No matter which manicurist I get, she always takes her time and makes sure each nail/cuticle/etc looks amazing. The atmosphere is clean, professional and friendly. They put care into their work and it shows. I recently had some terrible experiences at other nail salons and it reminded me to write this review. I have been here twice and both times were positive experiences! This morning my friend and I got pedi and shellac nails and we were both satisfied with the service and the place itself was extremely clean. I would recommend having an appointment as they are busy especially on weekends. Walked in with my two daughters and was told to pick out a color for our manicures we wanted. Twenty minutes later another woman came out to tell us they couldn't take us today! I was beyond pissed! Beautiful and clean salon. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. This is my first time here and I like the ambiance of this place (I mean besides their decor, music and upscale and modern furniture). When I walked in I was greeted and attended to right away. Nancy took care of my nails and Lee did my pedicure. Both did a great job ! And they made sure I was happy with their work throughout the process. Recently started going here, probably have been about 5 times. Must say it's the best nail salon I've ever been to. They are VERY sanitary, nail techs are wonderful and always smiling and the owner is always there helping out. Best pedicures I've ever had, lasted an hour and I felt very relaxed.
