I came in just over an hour before they closed asking for a gel mani/pedi. I was rushed on choosing a color (my biggest, biggest pet peeve ever). The gel manicure lasted four days, the whole thing was completely off by the fifth day. Even the four days that it lasted, the color was completely transluscent and sloppy looking. They didn’t clean up my cuticles at all. My pedicure was relaxing but my feet didn’t look like i received a pedicure. Every service was completely rushed, which I get because they’re closing soon. I prefer a timely service over sitting there all day anyway. But if you’re gonna rush me, don’t half ass it and then charge me full price. Or simply tell me if you only have time for one of the two services I requested. I’d be glad to pick one. I work in the service industry and I’d rather stay 15 minutes late to give someone better service. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the salon itself is very nice, the staff was very friendly, and it was seemingly a clean and sanitary environment. They’re conveniently located for me so I’m sure i’ll eventually try them again and I hope this experience was just a fluke and not how they typically treat their guests. Read Less

AWFUL! my nails are so crooked and messy. I was left with lumps and acrylic all over my fingers and underneath my nails. I asked her to fix them 3 times and I still left with messy nails. DONT GO HERE! Read Less

Went for mani/pedi Sunday morning, the polish dried with streaks and several smudges and I had two broken nails by the following day. The two nails were "repaired" the next day, very quick and sloppy. Really happy with the gel manicure I got today. The attention to cuticles and base cost was unreal. Hand massage was great too. Prices comparable to other salons. Also liked the clean and open atmosphere. I will definitely go back for my next mani/pedi. Read Less

Very clean salon. I would highly recommend the pedicures. The shellac pedicure is definitely worth the money. It last twice as long as most pedicures. My polish is usually will last a good five weeks without chipping or peeling. Hannah is great! Read Less

First time here got a full set cost me $28 dollars they have a great selection of nail colors. The guy who did my nails was very patient and I got in quickly no wait. Nails don't look bad although I wish they were shorter like I asked. Very clean environment will be going back to get my fill. Read Less

Clean, professional, nice and quiet.  Pedicure was so nice, great massage, and she was extra gentle when I told her I am awfully ticklish on the bottoms of my feet.  One of best pedis I have had, then on the manicure.  Meticulous is the only way I can describe the job he did.  Took great pains to get base coat on just right, and I asked "why"...he said it is the most important coat in the process.  I must agree!  Cuticles are the best I have had in years.  Will definitely return, and recommend.  Only reason for 4 instead of 5, there was no paraffin, which is something I love!
