This is the ONLY place I will go to get my eyebrows waxed. Swan does an amazing job and shaped them exactly how I explained. I had a terrible experience at a salon in Boston some lady basically waxed half my eyebrow off and Swan made them look normal again even after the first visit! Now, they look better than they ever have before. She is also so nice!!The reception staff is always super friendly and helpful when I am trying to make an appointment. I would also like to say this is one of the cleanest salons I have ever been too.

I like this place and I don't like this place. I feel the owner, Swan, is not authentic and is not really that nice. I also get the feeling she is very tough to work for. It is clean at Sky Spa and I overall like the services I get. I am not a fan of the pedicure seating - much prefer the massage chairs you find everywhere else. I never get this positive vibe there that I get at other salons. I do feel they try really hard to deliver good service.

I LOVE coming to this salon. They are clean, friendly, and do an incredible job. Online booking for appointments is really convenient and easy. They're always willing to try new designs and styles, and do a great job with whatever you ask them for! Swan did my manicure today and spent extra time taking care of my awful cuticles. The level of service is amazing! This place is a gem, and I can't wait to go back soon!

My aunt is in town visiting and just went over to get her nails done. The receptionist asked if she had an appointment, to which she responded "no." She then asked if she wanted acrylic nails, to which my aunt said "yes." She was then informed they don't DO acrylic nails. No big deal, right? Well the receptionist THEN asks if she would like a regular manicure and my aunt said "sure!". Once she says yes, the receptionist goes "Oh, we don't take new clients."Whaaaaaaaa???? Why did you ask her if she wanted a manicure if you supposedly don't take new clients?! Sounds like the receptionist needs a lesson in customer service AND common sense. It also looks like the review written on 3/1/15 by Amy echos this sentiment. Funny thing is, my aunt comes to visit frequently and was looking for a new nail and hair place nearby. She would have come back for these and other spa services but won't be now thanks to the receptionist. They are usually someone's first encounter with a business and should be an individual that is customer-focused and a god fit. AND reinforces what the business values. Management needs to nip this issue in the bud soon before others also take their services elsewhere.

I went here after a bad experience at another salon. I was able to make my appointment online which was very convenient. I had technician Swan and she was absolutely lovely. She did an amazing shellac French manicure and it has lasted and looks great!Very clean and decently priced. I will be back and definitely suggest this salon for anyone looking!

This is the ONLY place I will go to get my eyebrows waxed. Swan does an amazing job and shaped them exactly how I explained. I had a terrible experience at a salon in Boston some lady basically waxed half my eyebrow off and Swan made them look normal again even after the first visit! Now, they look better than they ever have before. She is also so nice!!The reception staff is always super friendly and helpful when I am trying to make an appointment.
