Called the day before and made an appointment for myself and my 2 coworkers. We arrived on time for our appointment to find out we would have to wait at least a half hour. Since we were on our lunch break we didn’t have time to wait. Not sure what the purpose of an appointment is if walk-ins are welcomed first.

Super hot guy did my pedicure and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever received, hands down. Perfect attention to detail and the whole staff is very pleasant. Will definitely be back!

I absolutely love viva!! Best place to get gel manicures. They last so long and are so well done! Definitely a great place to go for a manicure or a pedicure! I am never disappointed!

Walked in and it was so hot. No ac or air flow. The water was cold even after her making it warm. No music and tv was so low. Rough with the clipping and cleaning of the nails. I'm not coming back.

My friend and I wanted pedicures and saw all the 5 star reviews and thought we would give them a try. First of all there was no ac, no music and no one there. That should have been a sign but we picked out colors and they took us to the pedicure chairs. The water was cold, the products smelt like cleaning products and the two workers kept talking back and fourth and didn't make any conversation with us. The massage was so rushed and they didn't use any massaging movements just quick motions. They also used so much pressure it hurt. Very upset with the service I won't be returning.

I love viva nail. There are only two ladies that irk here from what I can tell so sometimes walk ins take a little bit of patience but I have been here 4 times now and the service is great. They ladies are friendly and helpful and always do a wonderful job. I have seen very rude customers complain that they are waiting 30 minutes when they did not have an appointment and they always handle the situation amazingly. There are a lot of color options and almost every normal color they have the gel match! Such a great diamond in the rough!

I chose to have acrylics as a treat for my 10 year wedding anniversary last week. So very impressed as always. Beth worked hard to make them look like my natural nails. They are still going strong 5 days later, no chips at all and that is after a weekend of camping!

This place is amazing!! I've come here twice and gotten the best pedicure ever! This place is open 7 days a week and they usually have specials if you book appointments. Everyone here is very friendly and professional. The whole place is very clean and adorable. With my pedicure, I received a hot stone massage. If you are willing to spend a couple extra bucks, it's totally worth it. They use some very tropical smelling oils and lotions that are natural. Definitely come here if you want the best pedicure ever for a very reasonable price!!

My friend and I wanted pedicures and saw all the 5 star reviews and thought we would give them a try. First of all there was no ac, no music and no one there. That should have been a sign but we picked out colors and they took us to the pedicure chairs. I love viva nail. There are only two ladies that irk here from what I can tell so sometimes walk ins take a little bit of patience but I have been here 4 times now and the service is great. They ladies are friendly and helpful and always do a wonderful job. I have seen very rude customers complain that they are waiting 30 minutes when they did not have an appointment and they always handle the situation amazingly. There are a lot of color options and almost every normal color they have the gel match! Such a great diamond in the rough!

I chose to have acrylics as a treat for my 10 year wedding anniversary last week. So very impressed as always. Beth worked hard to make them look like my natural nails. They are still going strong 5 days later, no chips at all and that is after a weekend of camping!
