I was happy with the service and my nails look pretty but they made three of my fingers bleed with the dremmel, and then the girl who cut my cuticles went ahead and did it even though there was nothing but live skin to cut lol. Been a few times, very disappointed $50 + tip for acrylic nails. To start I asked if they do gel nails, don't want acrylic. He said yes but used acrylic anyways. Took a long time, looked okay when I left but not great and wasn't what I wanted. The girl did great flower work I would give her 5 stars on that part but the guy.... lucky to get 2. He was very nice but hard to understand Less than 3 days later I had water under a few nails but work kept me from getting back there for about a weekThey tried to insist I needed them filled for $30, umm noSo I said just take them off... after a painful hr and a half he had drilled my nails so thin they were sore and fragile. I asked what could be done to make them healthier or just better in general so they used a regular nail polish. I sat under a uv light instead of fans for some reason? For at least a half hr left paying $17 (shouldn't have been charged at all) and 3 nails got ruined immediately just getting into the car.  After a half hr for regular polish? Won't go back to this place ever  Got back to my regular salon after 4 days and thankgod they finally look and feel right! Read Less

BEST pedicure I've ever had, and I haven't gone anywhere else since. I started going to Jennifer's in 2005, when I first went to College! I'm 30 now, and my boyfriend and I go here, from Malden, just to get pedicures. The massage is Amazing, and my toenail polish lasts for a month or more-literally no joke. I love Jennifer, she's very friendly, and outgoing, as well as her staff. Couldn't ask for a better place. Read Less
