Quite possibly the worst pedicure I've ever received. My mom and I decided to try someplace new and this got good Facebook reviews. I have no idea why. We made appointments a few days before and were just getting pedicures, no manicures etc. The place is partially under construction (expanding).... The floors were filthy and it was FREEZING in the room where the pedicure chairs are. I was never asked if I wanted my nails cut down (I did and by the time I realized sure wasn't him to it was too late) and my pedicure ($25) was 14 mins long. No lie. The woman waiting on me was curt to say the least and very uninterested in me as a client. She did a sloppy job painting and didn't even put lotion on my legs. I've never seen a more half-assed pedicure in my life - especially when I had an appointment. Why was the woman rushing? To take a client that walked in with her young daughter and was hoping to be seen ASAP. Really? Why did I bother making an appointment? My mom had a worse experience - her pedicure was performed with tools that didn't appear to be sterilized (we didn't realize this until we saw her performing a pedicure on the person across from us and the tools were just lying out on the rolly cart), her cuticle on her big toe was cut, stated to bleed and the woman taking care is her didn't even apologize. To make matters worse, mom now has an infection on that toe. Awful. I would literally never step foot (pun intended) in here again. If I could give this 0 stars, I would.

I gave two stars because the girl I had was really nice. I came in here on a Thursday at the recommendation of a friend. I have a regular nail salon, but i figured I'd try this place because my friend spoke so highly of them. The overall experience was nice but I spend a lot of money to get my nails and toes done and I got the powder dip which is priced higher than a regular mani or even a gel. I've been getting the dip for over a year. I love it because they last upwards of a month. This is the first time I've ever had a problem. The very next day there were cracks all in the "polish." By Monday morning, one nail cracked and broke off completely and by Wednesday (day 6) I lost a second nail. I won't be coming back to this salon again.

They are very good at what they do. I have painful neuropathy in my feet and they handle me with great care.

Always helpful and pleasant experience, nice environment. Nails are great, but would like to see more training and higher quality products with acrylic and powder. Sometimes service is rushed over quality. Would be nice to book appointments online too rather than call or walk in and then get juggled between clients. The environment is more like a nice salon but it is still run like a lower end run-through nail shop. Hope they continue to get more clients and improve services and really be a cut above the rest! I'll be back for sure and hope they continue to grow!

I wish I could give no stars the worst pedicure of my life !!!! The girl showed up 10 minutes late to my appointment and then rushed through it !!! I got a 2 minute massage and a paint job a four year...
I wish I could give no stars the worst pedicure of my life !!!! The girl showed up 10 minutes late to my appointment and then rushed through it !!! I got a 2 minute massage and a paint job a four year old could have done a better job at .. ooo and let's not forget I hope you like listening to women's yell in a different language across the salon ..
