I’m usually happy with the job this place does,but my most recent visit proved discouraging .Jessica doing my nails did not take her time and when i pointed out my uneven manicure she was short and anoyed with me.She “attempted”to fix her mistake .while muttering in another language under her breath.I spent”54” for crooked nails that are already peeling up... Lovely staff and excellent service. From experience on numerous visits they have to put up with some idiots and very difficult customers who clearly know nothing about nails and are insistent that they know better than the expert nail technician. I had only had my nails done once before and needed a bit of guidance, they were very patient and polite despite being very busy and explained things thoroughly as they do with everyone. People taking cheap shots and complaining abou...t language barriers are clearly just closet racists who know they are wrong and are pissed off cos they didn’t listen to the technician properly. There’s just no need to mention race or language is there?! It’s irrelevant. I have had lovely conversations with Linh who on occasion has helped out and painted my nails on a busy day, even though she was officially on maternity leave. They are always happy to fix things, a few times I have accidentally smudged my nails shortly after having them done and they have repainted the nail/nails for me. I would always recommend! Visited here today after many visits previous. Had acrylics taken off. Overlays on my own nails n gel polish...38 quid later. Feel as ive been ripped off when i found out afterwards a better salon in town could have done all this for 20 quid. Thanks but NO THANKS Lily Nails I'll be taking my business elsewhere in future!!! I took my 3 girls for there nails painted yesterday but it all came off while they where in the bath, I called in today and both staff members where very rude and said the kids must have peeled it off, no offer to fix the problem Read Less

Showed the woman what nails I wanted she didn't do that, then told another person about it and lily had to sort them out for me, 100% on kindness and appreciate lily doing them again for me, was very upsetting not getting the nails I officially wanted though. Read Less

Everyone here speaks enough English to communicate. The prices are exactly what you expect them to be. There are lots of services available here and they do them properly so you don't have to go back and get them done frequently. Strongly prefer this nail shop about all others in the area. Read Less
