I love this place. I don't get my nails done often. But my partner does a lot. I've been a happy customer of ivys since 2009. I went to Ivy's for the first time on Sunday, after going to Royals in Haverhill for years (and leaving unsatisfied nearly every time). I am happy to say that I have finally found a nail salon that I LOVE. I came in about an hour and half before close, and not only was everyone extremely friendly, but I ultimately had a wonderful experience. The other customers in the salon were regulars, so everyone was cracking jokes and having a good time. The lady who did my nails (Tiffany) was extremely funny and made the experience enjoyable - and did my nails EXACTLY to my liking. I have received soooo many compliments on them since I have been. Tiffany also had her puppy Sunny in the salon, who was adorable and well-behaved.They stayed open an extra hour for me to do a pedicure even though I said I was fine with coming back the next day to have it done. I appreciated it so much!The prices are reasonable, they have a great selection of colors, and the staff is excellent. If you're looking for a nail salon who will make your nails look stunning, and staff who will take good care of you, definitely make the trip out. I am so happy to have found this place :) Read Less

Very cheap place. People are nice but they clearly water down their nail polish. Mine was a regular nail polish, and it was almost completely gone after four hours without even doing anything. Very frustrating. I got gel from here a couple weeks ago and it only lasted a week. This pictures are my nails after 2 hours. Will not be returning. Read Less

This place is a few mins from my house.... but I decided never to go back after giving it a few shots....  the wait was long and wasn't happy with my nails. Last time I needed  my nails done and waxing after waiting over 30mins for my nails to be done, Ivy with an attitude said I have to wait another 30-45mins for waxing. I just politely declined and paid for my nails and my daughters and left. Wasn't happy with my nails and the customer service was terrible!! Read Less

I have been to Ivy's Nails and Spa twice.  The first time I had a shellac mani and pedi done by two different people and they both did an excellent job.  So good in fact, that I went again yesterday for another shellac manicure by Lee, who did the first one.  I've been to many nail salons including high prices spas and by far, Lee has done the best job.  My pedicure from nearly four weeks is still holding strong and the first manicure after nearly four weeks just started to break down.  I highly recommend Lee and Ivy's Nails and Spa. By far the worst place ive ever been to. After waiting 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, they only sat me as I got my coat to walk out. I did not expect this place to be so bad based on the yelp reviews. I went in for a Mani pedi. The lady was not even looking at my feet while scrubbing. She seemed to scrub it just because it's a step she has to do. The only thing she actually spent time on was cutting my nails and getting rid of ingrown nails. My heels normally crack and get rough in the winters. It didn't feel any different when I walked out of this place. While doing my mani she pulled my skin from the corner of my fingers instead of getting them soft and cutting the dead skin. The next day my fingers looked exactly as they did before I got the mani with the dry skin around the corners of my fingers. The only reason they get even one star is because she painted my nails well.Maybe others have had good experiences here but I for sure am never going back here. I don't want to donate $40 to someone just to paint my nails. Read Less

LOVE this salon. They have been open a few years and their staff has grown considerably-- assuming because business is booming, and rightfully so. I've been going here for years, my friends and family also go here. I've never been disappointed. I always walk in-- but I would suggest making an appointment because sometimes the wait is over an hour during peak times. Gel manicure is $25 and lasts me two weeks-- it would last longer but I tire of the color and want a change on that second week. We had a wonderful experience! They were able to seat all 4 of us for a bridal shower for mani/pedis at the same time! Everyone was so kind and nice and funny! We all received beautiful pedicures and fantastic gel manicures. We were in and out in about an hour! I definitely recommend Ivy's for anyone in the future! Read Less

Only one star because I was charged unfairly. I had a regular pedicure (not gel) and I was charged $47! My friend who came with me and got the same thing was charged only $39. Safe to say I'll never go back. Word of advice- if you plan on charging different prices for the same service, post your prices and rationale clearly. Read Less

I went for the first time this Saturday and I will come here again. Very clean space, friendly employees and excellent service. The color selection is smaller than what I've seen, but has enough variety. The pedicure felt amazing! And the price for a manicure and pedicure was a bargain compared with the service and atmosphere. Read Less

The place was really nice and clean. The person who did my nails was really attentive and they came out great. My reason for only 3 stars is I got a gel manicure ($25) on a Saturday hoping it would last a couple of weeks. By the next Thursday, less than a week later, the first one was already lifting and by Sunday it had all come off. I think I did the dishes twice and did not do anything out of the ordinary. I've had gels before and they usually last 3+ weeks, not sure what went wrong. Read Less

Clean friendly service! So happy I found this place. They use disposable nail filers and proper sanitation. My nails came out great and already can tell the difference from my old nail salon that they are going to last! A little hidden in the plaza so don't expect to just drive down 114 and find it! Great service, great price-what more do you need from a nail salon. I live in the next town over and when I asked my coworkers where they get their nails done the answer all around was Ivy's. Right by stop and shop there's plenty of parking available. They have all sorts of colors-mostly OPI but also some Essie, China glaze, and dare to wear (hadn't heard of this one before). I'm one of those weird clients who brings her own polish but as far as I could tell they had all the latest colors. The staff is attentive and works quickly. They include a complimentary leg massage using a warm lotion when you get a pedicure-so nice! I wanted to melt. Hygiene is top notch.
