I just went in for a full set. I've never had a full set with gel before so I wanted to try it, so I went in and after the man asked what I wanted I said a full set. And when I sat down I said i've never had gel before so I wanted that (ON the full set). So I said I wanted a full set twice. He really couldn't understand a word I was saying, even though I was talking very slow. Then after prepping my nails for what I thought was for the tips, he just started painting them.I'm not the type to put up a big fuss so I just didn't say anything. But I'm pissed. I took my daughter yesterday for two gel manicures. The gentlemen (who talked with the lady I assume was his wife in another language the entire time) was so rough it hurt. He used no cuticle softner and proceeded to cut me when trimming my cuticle. He didnt apologize and tried to continue. I told him no more cuticle trimming. His wife had to tell him to stop. The entire manicure was 15 minutes. He cut my nails way to short, I winced through the whole thing. Even his filing was filing my skin! he didnt remove old polish marks I had either. I would never go back. I am loading my finger with neosporin just in case. I am glad I had him instead of my daughter. Read Less

Worst nail place I have ever been too. Went in to get acrylic nails..every nail is a different shape . The guy who did my nails made my fingers bleed by using the nail file too hard. Once the man started to paint them he smudged the nail polish and refused to fix it. Definitely will not be going back!! Read Less

I came in to get my nails done without an appointment and the nice owners immediately got me seated. The price was very inexpensive and my nails were very pretty. The place is also really clean. I highly recommend this place! Read Less

just moved to norfolk and brought my daughter for a manicure to this local business, pedicures were okay water was cold and not very relaxing, manicure was done by an older man he was rough and I kept telling him he was cutting too short, he kept responding okay okay,I left with 3 nails bleeding on sides because he cut so low he gave me hangnails and two cuticals bleeding from cutting into skin, I had already paid prior to manicure and had tipped 20% I left very upset, when my husband saw the condition of my nails he said to go back and get my money back for the manicures when i went back and showed them how bad they left my nails the man looked at me and told me I had terrible nails and it was my fault, I told him very calmly he was the one that did a terrible job,and that my daughter was also not happy with her manicure with nail polish already peeling off,so my advice is stay away from the older man he does not know what he is doing,I am now putting bacitracin on my fingers hoping I do not get an infection Read Less
