I'm very different than all the other reviews written below since I am a male but I had to write a review from a male perspective. Went in here for gift card for a girlfriend and had a great experience (I don't write reviews at all) but Grace is the person you should be looking for! My girlfriend praised their service and most importantly, she said that it was the cleanest and most professional place in the area. Their prices are fair and all the other places I went in the area had terrible deals. WOW...... THIS PLACE IS AMAZING.   I had 3 hours to kill time so I decided to have a mani.  The owner was my attendant presented me with the menu of options.  Since I had a bunch of time to before my appointment I opted for the super deluxe manicure with hot stones, 30 minite leg wrap in I believe coconut and spice scented oils.   WOW I was amazed at the high level of care and service provide over my 3 hours getting the treatment of a king.  Everything is clean and the atmosphere was friendly and pleasant.   The décor is modern and very well designed.   Light and bright and appealing from the street and inside. This was my first time at this place and I did not have a good experience. I just got a regular pedicure and it was super rushed. The guy was literally done in less than 15 minutes! I had seen bad reviews of this place, but I still decided to give it a shot because I was impressed to read about all the 'extra' stuff they offer. But all that is very misleading. The hot stone rub, neck massage etc. hardly lasts for a few seconds. Plus the guy almostmade me feel like he couldn't have cared less about my experience. If they really wanted me to get a different (more expensive) pedicure, then they could have at least explained the different kinds of pedicures they offer.I respect the hard work that goes into cleaning other people's feet, and I try to avoidgiving bad reviews. I want to love this place because I live close by. I gave them my information to be part of a reward system a couple years ago...and recently received an email for a discount for my birthday. I thought "Great!" There is NOTHING in the email saying there are any restrictions or anything for the discount. I tried using the discount today and was told at first by the staff that I was able to use it and was ready to walk out, but then the owner stopped me and told me that my discount is invalid because I didn't pay the $3 membership fee to be officially part of their rewards program. So I thought "okay no problem, I'll pay the fee even though it's weird I received the email and they already had my info" BUT, not only did I have to pay the membership fee, but the owner STILL didn't allow me to use my discount and said I can use it NEXT time I come in. The discount expires next week, so I won't get around to redeem it anyway...I won't be going back. Again, it's a shame because the staff there are nice and very talented. Read Less

My new favorite place! They take a basic pedi/mani and make it signature. I love the heel treatment added to a pedicure, paraffin hand tx to manicure, and always ending with a nice neck massage. 30 minute chair massage with Kelly was perfect. Given that they are primarily a nail salon, I wouldn't have assumed they offered massage just upon walking in, but I had done my research online to find a quick and easy no-frills alternative to the typical one-hour full body massage.  I was taken in right away at my appointment time, and Kelly encouraged me to tell her what I liked and which spots I wanted done most.  Pressure was deeper than a Swedish, too.  Will definitely be coming back to see her! I had a pedicure and gel nail polish. Pedicure massage had me sleep. Stone Massage was also fantastic. I was tired of compensation for a week with pedicure for 30 minutes. Employees who had been a gel manicure is very skilled. My hands were newly reborn. Paraffin wax and massage lotions got released my tension. I am fully satisfied with the service. This place is awful! If you're getting a regular classic manicure they will rush through your service. I'm assuming it's because you're not spending as much as someone else who is getting a gel one. My manicurist rushed through my manicure and it looked awful! He didn't even wait for my nail polish to dry before applying the top coat! You could clearly see the nail color running to the bottom of the nail and streaking as he was applying the top coat, but he did not care. Not to mention when you pay using a card, they say "just $ (however much the service is" I find this a bit rude and awkward for the customer. They should definitely find a better way of asking this. However the reason I am giving them a 1 star review is that my nails looked awful hours after leaving the salon! I have bubbles on almost all of my nails and they have already started to chip. I love this place . It' super clean . All the cuticle trimmers come right out of the sterilizer. They give amazing pedicures. such attention,great massages,hot stones and a paraffin wax treatment. Definitely worth the price. Read Less

Just cause you have an appointment, doesn't mean you'll get your nails done! We waited 20 min for our appointment, only to be told they couldn't see us after all. Nice people, but if they're this sloppy with meeting basic client needs, it's likely they're sloppy where it really counts-- such as in sterilizing their tools. Read Less

Beware of this place. We had scheduled an appointment in advance for 430pm, but were not taken until 5pm. This wasn't a huge deal because I'd assumed they would take their time to provide a great service. However this was my experience:One woman started on my nails by aggressively jabbing at my cuticles, but not even taking all of the cuticle off in the process. She let each hand soak for about 2 seconds so she was trying to push my dry cuticle back as hard as she could. Another guy worked on my mom. The woman left in the middle of my service to take another patron. (I understand that a business wants to make the most of new clients, but this shouldn't be at the expense of clients already at the salon). The man stayed working on me and my mom going back and forth between the two of us. Then he used the same cuticle cutter that he used on my mom after briefly washing it at the sink. I didn't even ask him to cut off more cuticle, but clearly the woman didn't correctly prepare my nails before handing me off to another employee to polish them. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt because they were very busy, but they were unprofessional and unsanitary. I will never go here again and hope that this never happens to anyone else. The pros:Nice space with lots of nail stations. The cons:-They had a ton of nail polish bottles, but they were almost all awful colors. I searched and searched to try to find a nice dark pink (a pretty basic nail polish color!) and could not find one. So I went with a medium-light pink. Nails is what they do- They should have better nail polish colors. It's like they never replace the popular colors, so they end up with a ton that people don't want. -They charge $20 for a toe polish change. I have never seen a price so high for that. -the polish change was mediocre. The Polish wasn't smooth. I hate to be negative about a local business, but hopefully they'll take the feedback and improve. Read Less

Terrible experience! I have received 2 gift certificates from this place and each time I used them, they gave me a problem.  But today was the last time I will ever go to Diva's Nail.   The service I got today was worth less than the balance of the gift cert so the lady at the front desk wrote the date and the remaining balance on my certificate and returned it to me.  As I was waiting for my mother to finish drying her nails, the lady approached me and informed me I needed the other part of the certificate.  I had ripped off the other piece at home because it was completely blank.  She insisted that she needed to write the balance on it and she wanted me to go home and get it for her. I told her she just wrote the balance on the part that has the name of the salon, the date, the serial number and the gift amount.  I don't know what else she would have wanted.  The other half was literally BLANK!  Nothing on it at all! I went to get my nails done to have a nice, relaxing time with my mother and instead, I left frustrated, confused and honestly just pissed off.     I will never go back to this place for this reason and for the fact that they are extremely overpriced and the quality of the manicures are average at best. Took visiting family for mani-pedi. My sister-in law got her pedi and needed a fill on her acrylic nails. They said they now only use gel, she got no massage or paraffin wax and they charged her $80.00 plus tip! When we got home and I found out what they charged her I thought something was wrong and called them. They assured me that the fill was 45.00 and pedi was 35.00. I've been coming here since I was in high school and was never really "wow-ed" by this place, but this was always my go-to because my house is literally three houses down across the street. However, my recent visit here was probably my last visit. What drew the last straw was when my cuticles start bleeding and stinging. My manicurist was pretty aggressive with my cuticles and ended up bleeding a lot. This was the first time and first salon where I experienced this. I understand that this probably happens quite often, but I don't find this to acceptable. She was quick and pulled really hard on my skin. I honestly did not realize it until she put acetone all over my nails after she was done with my gel manicure. I thought it was just my thumb that had the cut, but I guess my other cuticles had cuts in it too because it stung a lot. Aside from that, my manicure was just okay. Read Less

My friend and I went yesterday for gel manicures and we loved it! They have a lot of colors to choose from, which was fun, although one of the employees was breathing down our necks the whole time we looked. WORST PLACE TO GO! Over priced for the quality of service you actually get. They rushed through my hand massage, they were so rough and did literally maybe 5 seconds on each hand while drenching my hand in lotion. Then they tried doing what they said was "a hot stone massage" part of the "spa manicure" which lasted 5 seconds each hand and they covered the stone with a rough towel which completely irritated my skin. They did not even clean ANY cuticle off my mother's feet, rushed through the pedicure. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Never again. Read Less

I have absolutely no clue why this place has a four-star review. I walked in because I was meeting an friend near by and decide to get an gel manicure after seeing the positive review, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. I cannot honestly remember how many times I have done gel manicures. Usually, Chinese and Korean are pretty good at the  nail skills and art and Vietnamese are kind of lack the skills. It is also not hard to tell the skill difference based on prices they charge. This place is run by Chinese and Korean and they totally ruined in  the previous impression I had. The lady did not clean my dead skin at all and did a horrible job for the manicure. The edge was not in shape and the color was not even. 2 of my nails cracked the second day and I paid $30 for it. I want to give this place a better review because I had such a good experience last time but the experience this time has really left me quite shaken.It was close to closing time when I called but they said they could stay open longer. They clearly didn't consult the guy who was going to be doing my nails because be was less than thrilled that I was coming in close to the end of the day. And to top it off, I had existing gel nail polish on. So instead of letting the gel nail polish soak in acetone as long as it needs to safely come off my nail, he starts aggressively scraping and filing it off and completely destroys my nails in the process. I actually started crying when I saw the end result. And not in a princess "omg I broke a nail" kind of way. But as in it's not just a matter of cutting them down and fixing them, I have to literally grow half my nail back. So insanely disappointed. I have been in waltham for two years and always got disappointed by nail service. The sanitary and the skills are really important to me when it comes with nails. I found Diva's nail in yelp and i wanted to give it a try. It was amazing good! People there are super friendly and they do not rush you like other nail place (who would stand behind you while u pick color)  I had french gel and pedi and they both turn out to be expected and pretty! i will definitely come back again! We really enjoy this place... you get a lot of things that are often considered extras at other salons... very clean and modern, a lot of staff, and everyone is very pleasant...  Complaint is they don't like credit...  seriously... cash is not the only way now a days and I don't carry much, if any, cash on me.... and they make me feel uncomfortable when I don't have it. OMG!! This place SUUUUUUUCK I hate this place now, HATE IT. I have been going here since I started getting my nails done, so lets say at least 12 years. I will never go here again, & I feel awful for all of the employees that have worked here forever, & are still working there. RUN FOR YOU LIFE!! I don't think this girl has ever given a manicure before. SHe was awful. My nails are files at an angle. The cuticle cuts left indentations on my nail (I could have done this bad ...of a job to myself for free). The polish was applied to the skin on my finger in addition to the nail bed. The polish is now chipping away at a rate that makes me wonder just how watered (alcohol) down this color was.
