I usually love going to Coco's, so it pains me to have to write this.Today I went for a pedicure. I did not have an appointment, but I have always had great success with walking in. I guess my luck just ran out. I was one of two people in the pedicure chairs, but the nail tech I had was very distracted (I am not sure why, because they were not overly busy). Mina did a decent job of trimming all of my toe nails, with the exception of one. It was my second toe and she just skipped over it. She half-heartedly offered to do it then, but by that time, I was upset and disappointed and I needed to leave. When I got to the car, I looked at my feet and noticed that there is still polish on my big toes that did not get cleaned up. I am not happy with this pedicure. If I do go back, I will not see Mina. I have had a lot of great people at Coco's and I realize that people have days where they are a little "off" in their routine or work, but this was unacceptable. Read Less
