Cozy Nails used to be one of my favorite nail salons. I stopped doing my nails for a while, and recently started going there again. My most recent experience was terrible. I believe LeLe did my nails, I’m sure that was her name, but she nor Kelly ever made me aware this was her first time doing a dipping powder manicure. She layered at least 3 coats of the powder on my nails, so some of them were thick, and when she swept my nails (which was colored a nude color) there was still red powder on her brush which transferred to my nails. I asked her if it would come off, and she said it would when she filed it. However, I still left with pink on my nails, and was told “you can only see it up close.” When she buffed my nails, she managed to cut 3 of my fingers which I kept telling her they were burning. Kelly ended up trying to fix them, but they still had pink polish on them, and my cuticles were bleeding. Kelly offered “next time” it would be better, but I told her there wouldn’t be a next time. She offered 10% off my service, which was a total of $35.00. After the 10% off, I paid $31 and change. I was not happy at all. I used to recommend this place to everyone, but now since a few days ago I have done just the opposite. It reflected poorly on management, and the nail tech made it known how she was impatient when I first sat in the chair, and she seen she had to remove my old dipping polish. All the while she was FaceTiming with another employee while doing my nails. Now I have three fingers bandaged after a $30 nail trip. I expressed how I was thankful they tried fixing it, but I was in the chair for over two hours, and instead of removing the polish completely and redoing it, they were cutting corners which blows my mind because they were not busy at all, and I called in advance to make a 2:30 appointment which I showed up at 2:15 for and didn’t leave until 4 pm. It was horrible, and the fact I still had to pay for a messed up nail job is insane! I’d give it 0 stars if I could. This is the first time that I have been truly disappointed with Cozy Nails! The young man did not take his job seriously and spent more time trying to joke around with another guy and one of your seasoned girls. He used the metal scraper on my foot which I do not like and he somehow cut the heel of my foot. I said ow he said oh I hurt u I said yes he put my foot back in water and it burned. He then cut himself and was bleeding ! I asked him to not use that slicer on my other foot , he didn't understand and the guy next to him had to tell him no don't use that. He went to get the hot towel and when he came back there where blood spots on the towel from his hand. He showed the other guy and then he looked at my foot. He also did my gel manicure not a bad job but got gel on the side of my finger  and he had to file it off! I don't usually write negative reviews but feel that cozy nails is getting so busy and have hired new people and it's not the same. My foot is actually uncomfortable when I walk on it that I have to keep it covered. After waiting for 1/2 after my appointment time and feeling uneasy I don't think I will return. Read Less

I went to Cozy Nails for the first time the other day. I made an appt for my lunch break and was worried I would be gone too long but they took me right away and I was done in 45 min. My nails look awesome! Better than they have in a long time at other salons. This is definitely my new "go to" nail salon. Highly recommend it! Went for the first time today and there were so many people there! I was a walk-in and was immediately take care of. Got a gel manicure from Mindy and she was absolutely wonderful!! My nails looks great and I have no complaints. Although they were very busy with customers they were accommodating and all very nice. It was my first time visiting Cozy today. A new coworker of mine recommended it. I arrived and was seated after 10 minutes. From that point I waited another 30 minutes to be seen. I knew it would be busy considering the 4th of July is tomorrow. The girl who worked with me was super sweet, and did a great job! I will come back, just make sure you bring cash to tip, apparently they Do NOT allow tips on credit cards! ! Thank God I had a little cash to leave the sweet girl a tip. Read Less

I got a gel manicure the other day which was a lot quicker than most visits at other places...I am one who likes to be pampered and wants my technician to spend time making my nails look perfect. Although the polish looks OK--I had gel polish on the back of my fingers and under my fingernails which he only cleaned off a small spot of even though it was clear that it was everywhere. I also noticed the pedicure section of the shop was newly refreshed as the manicure section looked like it hadn't been touched for a long time. The thing that bothered me most is the male technician I had never said his name or spoke at all--I wish I got one of these great girls I read about in these reviews!! Read Less

5 star salon with quality service!!!!!! Been coming here since it opened and never had a bad time. Kenzie, Kelly, and Suzanne are wonderful!!! John was doing my nails for a while and unfortunately he left so I switched over to Suzanne and she's great! Such a nice woman and does a great job on my nails every time. Every one that works here will greet you by name every time. They can accommodate last minute appointments too. My only complaint is it's rather expensive so I can't come to often. Read Less
