I've been going to this Nails & Co location for years after finding out it is closer to me than their other branches. I find the service from Anthony & Chad here to be amazing! I usually take my girlfriend here once a month and we both enjoy a few hours of relaxation. She always gets the gel mani/pedi and I opt for the same, with just a buff instead of gel. I have also tried their hydrafacial as well, and have to say the results have been great. The technicians are very professional, and the front desk is not pushy at all when I ask about the other services they offer. This Natick location is great, who doesn't want to spend some time here after some shopping across the street? Do yourself a favor and check out Nails & Co. Ask for Anthony and you won't be let down. I've recently received a Hydra Facial from here and I'd like to give everyone my honest opinion. First thing first, the front end staff Sarah is very professional and friendly.I've been getting a lot of break out lately and was recommended to get the Hydra Facial treatment from Nails & Co. in Natick. At first I was very skeptical about it because of the price but at the end I was convinced to get it. My specialist was Jennifer and she was extremely friendly. As the treatment started, she would explaining on every stage of what she was doing since I told it was my first visit. So after the treatment, my face feels tight which Jenn told me it's normal, but the next day I can really feel the different for my skin. It feels smooth, my break outs are clearing up, and my face feel energized. Overall, I would definitely go back and get it done again! My eyelash extensions have been receiving so many compliments! They are super high quality and the go-to people for this service is Chad and Jen. They are amazing! I usually get the natural look and people around me love it!As for waxing, Lucy knows best. Makes you feel very comfortable and her knowledge for waxing is on point. So if you're scared like me, Lucy is your person. It's not painful as you think and she does a great job.I recommend buying their homemade lotions. All natural products and very lightweight. I got my eyelash extensions done twice by Chad and he is amazing! He is very professional and does exceptional work. At first I was skeptical of how eyelash extensions would look on me but Chad was very understanding of what I wanted. He made them look very natural and he applied them in a way that compliments my eye shape (just the right amount of volume and length). My gel manicure was nearly $40 (I used a coupon on Yelp), so I was a little upset at the price, but the nails stayed on almost flawlessly for over 6 weeks. This is 1 of the only 2 places I get my nails done around here. Normally they do an excellent job. The massage is longer than most places (huge bonus for me) and the nails last awhile! Unfortunately one time I had a woman doing a pedicure who was very rough when she was removing my cuticles. I had three toes that were bleeding. She didn't ask if I was ok, didn't offer a band aid. To expensive and i got a coupon by email the day after i paid full price for a facial and they dont want to tell you but if you try to get the discount they will tell you they booked for the day.
