I've been here three times for pedicures, including one mani-pedi. The space is beautiful -- open, airy, and calm -- and the nail stylists are meticulous about their work and tools. The pedicure includes a hot stone leg massage while you're sitting in a massage chair, and if you're having gel polish removed from your fingernails, you'll get a neck and shoulder massage. The overall effect is incredibly relaxing, and I'm looking forward to more pedicures in the future! The Metrowest area has been waiting for a nail salon like this for as long as I have been getting manicures!These spot is very clean, with almost TOO MANY colors to chose from, and the best technicians around! Con is the price however the pro is the gel manicure lasts 3 weeks! I say it is worth every penny!The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is that they have only 3 people working there! They could use another technician to allow for walk ins- they are always so busy that it is hard to make a last minute appointment!!! It’s a SPA experience, clean, all the equipment is brand new, very calm atmosphere and the best, hands down the best neck and leg message I have ever had. I feel like I have tried almost every nail salon in the Natick area (which is a lot), and Black N White does the best job by far.  Their attention to detail is amazing, the color selection is huge, and my gel manicures last over 2 weeks!  Yes it is more expensive than most nail salons in the area, but you get what you pay for.  I will say, if you are on a tight timeline, this might not be the best place. Everyone talks about how great how great their manicure and pedicure's are- so I wanted to go. I walked in and asked to get a gel manicure and the response was "we don't have time right now". Looked like they had 2 people working in this large space. I would have liked a response telling me what time they are available. Just had my first manicure at Black N' White Nails and wow! What a pleasure! Jojo expertly navigated the cuticle work (best ever!) and later offered me a neck massage, which is included in the regular price. So relaxing and it seemed to last a very long time. Such a cool concept. 6 seats for pedicures, 7 bar-style seats for manicures. reasonable prices $36 for a normal pedi.  Even saw someone getting their neck massaged. Very clean, pedicure implements came from a sanitized and sealed compartment. Never enough employees working. I referred a friend there and she went in and they told her they were to busy to do her nails. Probably not the best response. I went in for a Chrome gel Manicure - it lasted about three or four days before they started to completely chip off. Chrome is not cheap and should last longer than that! Read Less
