I've been fortunate to have had spa treatments in London, Paris, New York, Hollywood, Palm Beach, Las Vegas, Beverly Hills, Australia and Asia. With this in mind, I can say without reservation that my experience at Pretty Nails & Spa was by far the best I've ever had!The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility and equipment are modern and clean. The atmosphere is welcoming, pleasant and relaxing. The quality and service are simply incredible and my nails have never looked better!This establishment has obviously placed an emphasis on value. They provide excellent treatments at prices that are beyond reasonable. They offer the best services available and keep them affordable for their customers. In my opinion, their offerings are as good or better than those costing more than twice as much elsewhere.Sabrina and Sydney are the owner and manager. They both have had extensive formal training and many years of professional experience. This allows them to provide outstanding service for their clients. They are experts in the art of aesthetics and they really pamper their guests to make each one feel very special. I have referred several friends to this salon and all have raved about their visits. Went to pretty nails when my usual place was closed. I was hopeful and the place looked nice. The pedicure was fine, nothing special but the chairs were nicer than average. The manicure was horrible. My skin is all mangled where she chopped with the cuticle clippers and the polish she did was a joke. The second layer she didn't go to the edges of my nail so by the time I left the bottom was already chipped off. I would have gone back but I'd rather just go to my usual place! And watch out, I think literally they asked 20 times why I didn't want a gel mani instead. Annoying. Read Less

This was a great experience! The ladies were so sweet and kind. The services were quality and the prices were so reasonable. My sister got an acrylic set and I got a spa manicure and both of us left very happy. The salon is also very sanitary, they clean everything in front of you and line the pedicure basin which made me feel good about the level of cleanliness. I got the spa pedicure for $37 dollars and it was a solid 6/10 They were able to take me right away which was nice. The color selection is meh. The nail tech kept getting up and walking away at least 5 times during the pedi. the scrub was fine. I also did not like the fact that they scrape your heels with that cheese grater looking instrument and especially since it's scary looking you would think she would look at what she was doing but she kept looking elsewhere which thoroughly freaked me out. Went there for a pedicure and gel manicure and they took FOREVER! The tech took off my old gel polish and then had me sit and wait for someone to come do my pedicure. I got the deluxe pedicure and there wasn't anything deluxe about it. I paid $10 more than a basic pedicure and didn't even get a massage. After my pedicure I had to sit and wait again for somebody to do my gel manicure. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

I am a regular at Pretty Nails and love this place! Not only are they very friendly but they also don't expect to have conversations thru your pampering. I personally love to sit in the massaging chairs, close my eyes and relax. Sydney and Sabrina are great. They take their time to get your nails done right. Now for the best kept secret...Tam...He is the BEST technician they have he has been their for years and has a great touch. I have terrible feet. Anything you can have wrong with your feet, I have wrong with my feet. Tam takes care of it all. Especially my ingrown toenails. It may hurt for a minute to cut them but then feels so good afterwards! I have never had a problem with infections from Pretty Nails. They take their tools out of a sterilizer each and every time. Went to get a pedicure before leaving for vacation. I normally get my nails done at Lux, but decided to take a chance on this place when Lux was fully booked. I regret that decision. I had called ahead to schedule a 5:45 pedicure, and arrived on time only to be left waiting for 45 minutes. It wasn't exactly peaceful or relaxing since they had World Cup soccer on a very loud TV and all of the nail techs were yelling and shouting (over nothing, because it's soccer) while half heartedly cutting cuticles and painting nails. I should have just left then when I realized that the service would be sub-par, but told myself that I should give them the benefit of the doubt. When my pedicure began, it started out ok, and I kicked back in the massage chair and closed my eyes, trying to tune out the nonsense around me, when I was jolted by the nail tech digging into the side of my big toe, cutting out the ingrown part. He insisted that he keep going, and it was necessary or it would get infected. False. Only a podiatrist is certified to do what he was doing, but not wanting to make a scene, I let him continue what he had started and sat in the chair crying actual tears because it hurt so badly. Through the blind rage and pain, I noticed that the tools he was using didn't come from a sterilized container, nor were they taken out of a new package. Fantastic. This torture left me with two infected big toes that bothered me my entire vacation and will likely need to be seen by my doctor since they are not getting any better. I implore you, go to a nail salon where they take sterilization and cleanliness seriously. I will never stray from Lux Nails again. Read Less

This place is amazing. They offer so much! The most relaxing pedicure I have ever had. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff were kind and took their time. They weren't having their own conversations amongst themselves while giving me a pedicure and I didn't feel like they were pushing me out the door so the next gal could have a seat. My mom and I treated ourselves to some girl primping, and we were both very very happy with the service at Pretty Nails. I had a gel manicure with Sidney, who is a perfectionist and very attentive. My cuticles have never looked better, and the square filing of my nails was checked time and time again. Sidney is a sweetheart and easy to talk to but she also allows you to sit back and quietly enjoy the manicure. There was absolutely no pressure to converse, which I personally greatly appreciate. She helped me pick out a great color, and when a part of the polish smudged while in the dryer, she did not hesitate or begrudge me the process of expertly fixing it.  My mom had a spa pedicure with Hannah, which included  soak, exfoliation, hot rocks, and massage. My moms calves and tootsies were tingling from the mint-flavored lotion for at least 2 hours after!! She was very pleased with the quality of her pedi, which was also very affordable. Hannah was professional and facilitated a relaxing experience for my mom. Both of us would return here in a heartbeat. Loved this place! Read Less

I recently went Pretty Nails in Milford, MA and had a wonderful experience. The staff is delightful and the location is very convenient. I got an acrylic nail fill and it came out close to perfect!! While in there they also told me they offer waxing and facials. Very excited to experience their other services. Highly recommend this place. Read Less
