I never write reviews but I felt I needed to after today. I went in for a pedicure and spent more time waiting in the chair for the technician than she spent on my toes. She filed off my old nail polish instead of using remover (and did not remove it all), cut my nails unevenly without file-ing them smooth, and made no effort to push back any of the skin/cuticles just used the cuticle trimmers to remove everything. She even cut me with them. When I complained that she cut me, she told me she had to remove my skin. However, dead skin does not hurt when it's cut and now I have a painful cut just under my big toenail. Immediately after sitting down at the dryer, she demanded that I pay her right then. I was so upset, I left without waiting for my toes to dry. I realize I asked for a basic pedicure, but the woman was rushed and did not seem to care about giving me a service that I was paying for. I don't expect pampering during simple pedicures but I could have just trimmed my toenails myself and done a better job for free. Which is saying something because when I do it, I always end up with hangnails. Read Less

I went there with a picture of what i wanted, which included marble. She did everything good but when it came to the marble after her being done with my nails it looked nothing like marble and she said i should’ve done gel to get a better marble once i was done. i looked at my nails again and saw that i had nail polish all over the side of each finger.
