"Spa pedicure" my foot (pun intended). Worst pedicure I've ever had.  Barely clipped my toenails (I had to ask her to do it again.) Did not remove callouses. Did not clean underneath the nails. I had to ask her to do it. Did not scrub or exfoliate, or massage as indicated in the "spa pedicure" description. Basically she ran her hands over my feet, put the polish on, and that was it. I have pros and cons for this review.  Place is great with only a couple of pedi chairs.  lots of colors to choose from.  the staff was polite and easy going.  prices are in range with other places I've been.  Plus it is right down the street form my house!!  but I have been here twice in the last month and wasn't thrilled with the results.  the first time I got a pedi and within two weeks the polish on one toe was gone completely like nothing was ever there.  rest had minor chips.  Since i just gotten a pedicure and was going on vacation, I got a color change.  By day four, my polish had chipped and after 10 days, it started to peel on a couple nails.  Very disappointed that neither polish lasted more than two weeks.  I have been to other places and had it still looking good after a month. After not having had a manicure since last year I was in need of a manicure and pedicure but hesitant because I have not had good experience with gels. And I was a little hesitant because I prefer word of mouth and did not want to try a place I found on line. I am so grateful that I took the chance. I called this Wednesday and was able to get an appointment that afternoon Before the Easter holiday this weekend I feel fortunate to have gotten an appointment at all. The servi...ce was great, the staff is friendly and accomodating. Maddie did my pedicure (french manicure on my toes) and Aleyna did my nails. I got a french manicure with the gel color on my natural nails and I love it! My toes and nails look fantastic, both ladies did a great job! I had gotten out of the habit of getting manicures because I had had acrylics at one time and then changed to getting gels, but I did not like the application process with the use of the drills, my nails are sensitive. After the last time I let the gels grow out. My nails were too thin and brittle so I took a break. And had sworn off manicures. I am so glad I made the decision to try the gel color on my natural nails and that I found this place. I like the gel color so much better and I like this salon. I always enjoy coming here. The girls are so nice and friendly. I have had manicures with Heather, Ailyn and Mary, and pedicures with Madison... All were amazing! They use individual sterilized tool packets and throw away the file after (or you can keep it, which I did!) . had a studio pedicure there for first time came home and realized my left heel is still all rough and crack she didn't do it ..was never ask if i want to keep my file notice other clients were asked don't think i will be gng back she was pleasant and place was clean...though but not happy. cant go back becsuse leaving for vacation tomorrow. also the nail on my big toe is uneven!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been coming here for over a year and I've had the pedicures and my personal favorite, the Biosculpture Gel nails. I've always had Heather, the owner, and it's always been fantastic. Not only do I not recommend this place but it should be shut down. They barely cover your nails with polish. Extremely sloppy. I have deep cuts and layers taken off my skin in my feet that are so sore I can't even walk. Refer to pictures for cuts and polishing job. I gave it one star cause yelp doesn't let you give none.
