Worst nail salon experience of my life. Greeted with a "what do you want" by some lady slouched in a chair on her phone. My nails arent shaped right, I wanted them long and she made them shorter and continued to cut them down when I said "they're too short". All different lengths. They made my friend bleed and began digging at her cut. Had me drying my nails under one small dryer that couldn't fit a single hand. Burned my finger twice. Told my friend they couldnt do the color she wanted then said they could when she didn't want to get anything done then when they put acrylics on they told her they couldnt do it and she said to take them off. I came here a few times and I absolutely recommend that you go elsewhere. Some of the ladies there were completely judgemental of me when I asked if I could change my color option since they were rushing me to pick a color at the beginning. There is no sense of cleanliness there, they reuse massaging stones that are put in a hot container which doesn't actually kill all the germs. This is my go-to nail salon in the area. Today I got a gel mani and a pedi for $50, which I feel is a fair price. They had a good selection of OPI gel polishes and my nail technician was great about finding me a matching color for my toes. My pedicure was great, long awesome foot massage and I love the hot stones. I also love how they give you a neck/shoulder massage with gel manicures. I did have one bad experience here when someone dug into my toenail too much and my toe was throbbing for days afterwards. Not going back there. After the pedicure, my left toe started to hurt and become tender, It is hurting and throbbing when I walk. I felt like she was being a bit harsh on the cuticles during the pedicure. After I came home, my soles felt rough and totally NOT exfoliated. For 28 dollars just for pedi and plus the pain, I regret going there. Read Less

If I could make this 1/2 star I would. First of all, the place is filthy. They tell you they sterilize the instruments, they don't. They act like they clean the foot tubs, they don't. And.. the manicurists (if thats what they really are) are horrible. My gel polish was such a mess I had to get it fixed at Savannah nails. They put acrylic on my toes, it popped off. Savannah fixed it. By the way, Savannah gets 5+ stars in my book!!So I went back to tell them that I had to get everything redone, and they wouldn't give me my money back. needless to say, I am disputing the charge. Worst place ever!!!! Purchased a gift card here and when my friend went to use it they said it had a zero balance. I had to return to the salon 4 times and they kept giving me the run around.
