This is the worst nail experience I have ever had in my life. The only reason why I gave them one star is because there are no negative stars to give. I went in to get a full set for a upcoming trip and asked for white powdered French acrylics. I was reassured that the employee knew what he was doing and what I wanted so I decided to try it. The whole time I was sitting down getting my nail bed filed it was burning because the employee left the machine on my nail bed way too long. He also applied too much acrylic on my nail bed and didn't seem to know what he was doing. While filing my nails the employee continued to cut my fingers and said he was taking off my cuticles. I have 3 cuts and 3 crooked nails. The more I kept telling the employee that I was missing spots of acrylic on my nails he became more agitated and continued to do my nails roughly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless they are looking to be disappointed. Read Less

So,I have been coming here since I was 13! When I have an appointment I never have to wait and the service and attention to customers is impeccable. I always see Helen when I go. She is the best nail tech ever and the manager Kim is so sweet and friendly. The owner Sonny is great also and has quite the sense of humor. Helen does the best NAIL designs this side of the bridge. I stopped by this place because I used to come here often, and it reminded my why I stopped going. This place needs a serious makeover!I got a gel mani/ pedicure and paid $44. The pedicure tubs are very outdated, I felt uncomfortable getting a pedicure because of how the tub looked. The lady doing my pedicure cut a bit too deep on one of my toes and it's still sore 3 days later.The man doing my gel manicure cut my nails way shorter than I wanted. I got really attached with the length I had and I felt like I lost a piece of my soul. He tried to argue with me about something, but I just repeated what I had said earlier which was, "please just even them out"He also insisted on cutting my cuticles, even though my nail beds don't do well with that. He was pretty much cutting off chunks of skin- again, I repeated what I said in the beginning which was, "you don't need to cut my cuticles." I don't get it ....They also passed me around to three different people, something I don't like when getting my nails done. The color selection isn't that great either. Worst salon I got a full set today and during the process he split my natural nail which began to bleed He did not try to even clean it with water more less alcohol He then proceeded to cover it with acrylic powder after I told ask if he could clean it to avoid infection He then very harshly yanked my hand and said see no infection When I finally arrived home my nail was burning I'm currently soaking the nail off now Don't waste your time going here So many better nail salons in the area SAVE your money Read Less

Horrible experience. Tina was the lady who did my regular manicure & pedicure. She cut the blister b/t my big & 2nd toe without even asking or notifying me. It was bleeding & left a open wound. I'm praying that it will not get infected from the water filled w dead skin & other muddy looking stuff. Then she pretty much rush through the manicure without removing filing, removing the dead skin, polish, or message. After I asked her to file the shape edge from nail cutting, I basically gave up because she didn't understand me. "Honey okay?"
