Tonight was my first visit here and I couldn't be happier. The staff was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. They have a neat workspaces and a clean salon. Their nail polish/gel/dip powder collection is HUGE! Now onto my nails. They looked terrible when I went in from another salon, lifting, chipping, and awfully shaped. Now they look PERFECT. I took my daughter to here to get her first manicure and pedicure – and to treat myself to one as well. The work was not as one would hope – but given the location, it was good for Sunday last minute walking. When it was time to pay I gave the lady my credit card and was told that they did not accept credit cards. They instructed me to leave my license and walk to CVS to use the ATM to get cash. Upon return, I asked for a receipt. I was told a receipt only it’s issued when a credit card is used. I asked why he refuse to accept my credit card and told I had to pay with cash. The whole process felt rushed. They had one woman doing my pedicure and as that lady was doing my feet another was women doing my manicure at the same time. The one that was doing my manicure was running back and forth between me and another client. Soon after my feet where done the woman that was doing my hands didn’t finish with me and told me to sit at a table where another person finished my manicure. My nails were not finished properly. Unfortunately my experience at this nail salon was horrible. I had called to make an appointment for my sister and myself to get a gel mani and pedi. When we arrived for our appointment it felt like we were both being rushed and several people worked on our nails at once. Our nails were poorly done and even though we got something that was supposed to last us more time it is already coming off and it has not even been a week. Today was my first time going here and I’m so happy I did! I got a pedicure and May did an amazing job, it was truly one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. She really took her time, I didn’t feel rushed and it was overall a great experience. The price was very reasonable as well. Will definitely be back and recommend to others! Read Less

I was a previous customer of this salon. On March 25, 2018 at approximately 2:10 pm I was having my nails filled in this salon. The owner was the staff member servicing me. She was very rushed as the salon was very busy. She sat me down in an unclean area and had me soak my nails in a bowl. She was not very nice and showed to be impatient. I should have left at that point but did not as her husband had done my nails in the past and had done a good job. After my nails were finished, I paid and tipped her for her services. WITHOUT asking for permission she picked up my cell phone and it dropped on the floor- the phone screen was severely damaged. She would not be held accountable for her actions and told me to call the police. The owner and staff had zero empathy regarding the situation and zero customer service skills. Absolutely terrible. Had an appointment and they didn't start until an hour after my appointment time. We consistently asked how much longer and they kept taking other clients. During my pedicure the woman wasn't even looking when she was cutting the cuticles and was looking up at the tv. I had to ask the woman if she did massage and lotion with the pedicure because they didn't do it. During our stay here another client said that she had been here for 3 hours and another left in the middle of the manicure because she was late for another appointment. Meh.I almost went to another nearby salon, but this one had better reviews (on google) so I picked this one instead.Went in for a much needed pedicure, but decided to get a manicure too, even though I do my nails myself and they were in pretty good shape.My pedicure came out great. Not a single complaint.My nails on the other hand? Not so much. First, the man who prepped my nails kept watching tv while using the... I don't know what it's called, the gritty rectangle cube thing... on my nails and cuticles. This resulted in him cutting me and drawing blood no less than three times. He filed my nails but didn't bother to make sure they were even, that the edge was filed cleanly, and he didn't clean out the debris he created that wound up under my nails.I don't know what products they use for a top coat, but I got my manicure on Friday and the top layer was gummy and sticky by Saturday, attracting any kind of lint it touched. It looks awful and I will need to fix it myself. Also - they accept credit cards but there is an extra $2 charge for credit, and you cannot tip on a card. Tl;dr: good pedicure, shitty manicure. I went to this place once to do my nails and I absolutely loved the way they carefully did my nails. Since then it becomes my fav nails salon spot. And last time I put gel in my fingernails, it didn't really last, but when I went last Sunday Britney did my nails and assure me that they will last the whole month. Honestly I truly love this place!!! Britney is the best and Lily and Jen are amazing!! I think everybody here is great and they always do my nails perfectly. I like to get gel which last up to 3 weeks and I wash my hands about a thousand times a day literally. I work in the medical field and I am non-stop with my hands. Even without gel they do such a good job that they last and I'm glad I came across this place because it's the only place that I will ever go to now and I highly highly recommend it!! NEVER AGAIN ! Got a full set on Sunday and I already broke 3 nail . Went in this morning to get the 2 nails fixed ( 3rd one didn't break till a couple minutes ago ) and the short older lady wanted to argue with me because I told her I wasn't paying for the repairs because they did not last a week , not even 3 days . First time coming here.  Read alot of reviews so I decided to give em a try.  Walking in they were all smiles and very welcoming.   Jenny did my pedicure which came out very nice but the owner came over and took over which wasn't ok when dealing with tipping but  Britney did my mani which I really loved she was a young girl I think 17 or 18 but the age Is just a number with this girl she's amazing. She very friendly said she has a photographic memory and when it comes to designs she said "challenge me".  Which I was all excited about.  All in all I will be back here. HORRIBLE!!! My daughter and I went there yesterday evening 4/27/17 to get gel manicures and pedicures. It appears that this was a family business which is great for them but lacked professionalism. One women started my pedicure while a man started my manicure. He had to stop and fix another women's nails that a young girl working there had messed up. They constantly spoke in there language and never communicated. The young girl finished my manicure, She clipped my finger and my cuticles look terrible. She also polished my toes , they came out hideous so another women came and re-polished them. The nail color didn't match(it was a set) so I chose another color just to get out of there. The service was rushed. My daughters gel manicure was messy around the cuticle and they polished her toes so thick her pedicure was messed up before we got home. I was disgusted at how they thought this kind of service could fly? what type of clientele are they use to?, I have been getting mani's and pedi's for years at Luxury nail bar in Revere, they are more expensive but the grass isn't greener on the other side!!! I went in for a Gel Mani & Pedi on a Saturday morning... and there was no wait! Very clean space, & the staff was really friendly and ready for us once we walked in the door. The woman who did my pedicure was really gentle but thorough when my feet needed it! Britney, my nail tech, was great! She started working on my hands during my pedicure... So all I needed was the Gel applied by the time my feet were done. Not to mention she knows how to paint nails! (You'd be surprised how many techs can give great manicures but paint like children...) They had a lot of colors to choose from which is always a plus! My gel mani lasted 2 weeks and 2 days (with the exception of 2 chipped nails) until I removed them myself (I forgot to take a pic).I would've gave a 4.5 if it was an option, but being honest I have been to a few other nail salons with a little more to offer as far as experience. But the prices are a plus! Overall I do recommend First Class Nails, and actually made an appointment to return. =) Read Less

Loved the pedicure and attention to detail. I have ingrown toenails. Alot if manicurist don't tend to the ingrown nails. The owner did it without asking.  Anybody who knows ingrown toenails, knows that they hurt. This DID NOT. I have a new favorite place. Read Less

Britney is amazing! She is young but not to be underestimated. My nails feel so healthy after manicures with her. Her nail shaping is pretty well, too. I had a badly chipped nail and she made it look like nothing happened. I recommend you ask for her and tip her well. Read Less

I got a gel manicure last week and it was a pretty sloppy job, and they are already completely off my nails.... Other places they usually last at least 2 weeks on me. They weren't expensive but now I know why..I think if you pay more than 20 dollars for a gel manicure it should at least stay on for at least a week and a half.  I will not be going back. Read Less
