I went in this week for a simple pedicure and some polish. The staff was very welcoming and sweet, but I do not recommend this salon for getting your feet done at all. The service was not up to the standard I would have expected for the price they were charging. The nail technician spent more time moisturizing, oiling, and massaging my feet rather than scrubbing and removing the dead skin that would not retain any of this moisture anyway. When I got home, that was when I realized that I could have scrubbed my feet with a $3 scrubber from Target and done a much better job on my own. The polish was gorgeous, though. Read Less

Very disappointing manicure. I always get gel manicures, but a friend told me about the "Performance Polish" manicure here and I thought that I would give it a try. Apparently that decision was a mistake. My nails were not filed evenly, there are multiple bubbles in the polish, and there are many jagged edges. I literally went home and filed my own nails, so that they wouldn't be so uneven and jagged. It is a very loud environment and not relaxing, at all. The seats and tables are also not comfortable. The chairs are stiff and they do not use a pad on the tables, like most salons do, for the comfort of your arms. There was no toilet paper in the one bathroom there and there were no extra rolls in the cabinets, only tissues. The girl at the desk was also not very helpful or friendly. It was also very difficult to hear and understand what she was saying. All in all, a very disappointing experience and I will not be going back here and I do not recommend it. Read Less

Called on morning of appointment to verify the time. Was told appt was at 6:30. I repeated it to verify she said yes that is correct 6:30. I arrived at 6:15 to be told oh sorry, the person was wrong. Your appt was at 5:45. No call to inform me or ask if I was keeping appt. was in shop across street to wait till appt time! Terrible way to run business. Read Less

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff. Stopped half way through my nails and told me I had to pay then, I had to ring my bf as he had popped to another shop with my bag. They stood over me with arms crossed and didn't do any more on my nails while we waited for my bf, I felt so uncomfortable I was brought to tears! They were completely unconcerned that they had upset me and just huffed and puffed while we waited. They couldn't give me a proper answer to why they randomly stopped half way through to make me pay. Never ever will I go there again, and I hope they shut down soon AWFUL DISGUSTING STAFF!!! Oh and my clear top coat of nails varnish peeled off after a couple of weeks! Read Less

Came here with a friend for the first time for a mani/pedi this weekend and was greeted by friendly staff. The salon looks really clean and they have a good assortment of nail polish--not an overwhelming amount, which can be annoying--the right amount and they all looked to be in good condition. I hate when salons have crusty dried out polish choices or multiples of the same color, like that's giving you a "broad selection". At first, it felt like we were being rushed. Granted, we did show up right at the appointment time, but I booked online and don't recall seeing anything informing us we should be there earlier (although I usually like to be).The pedicure station was a little cramped. There wasn't anywhere to put my jacket or purse so I kept them with me--my bag on the floor and kept my jacket on. Wasn't the worst. My nail technician was really nice and explained everything she was doing and what all the tools and products were to be used for. I really liked that attention to detail! I've had lots of mani/pedis, so I know what most of the tools and products are used for, but it's refreshing to see that they're sterile, hygienic, and being used correctly. It wasn't annoying or rehearsed either, the way she told me. Also, she gave just the right amount of pressure for the leg massage and scrub! A+ for that!Mani station had more elbow room, which was nice. I did notice that there was no fan by my feet to dry my pedicure while my hands were done, but they air dried just fine. My nail technician took the same approach as with the pedi in explaining everything. I got a gel mani which I noticed took a bit longer here than it usually does at other places I've gone to. Although it took longer (she did like 4 coats), she really paid attention to detail and my preferences and made sure everything was perfect. It did fill up pretty quickly in there, so when my friend finished before me, they had her move to the waiting area. Understandable, can't really be mad about that. Something I really enjoyed was that I was given the option to keep my nail buffer, file and toe spacers! That was a nice treat! Might as well get a few more uses out of those instead of just toss them. Price was good! Definitely cheaper than Boston or some other suburban places I've been too. Plus my nails came out great!I will definitely come back here in the future! I was initially skeptical because of some of the reviews on here, but I get the impression their clientele can be a bit high maintenance and easily dissatisfied. I took off one star because of the feeling rushed in the beginning and having nowhere to put my belongings due to the tight space, but those aren't deal breakers for me. The minute I walked in I was SHOCKED- A: I was welcomed by staff members with open arms. B: YOU COULD EAT OFF THE FLOOR It was so clean. C: The manager heard that it was my first time, and took the time to explain all of their products. Her knowledge was really impressive. I was then called upon by my technician Ponita (AMAZING ) she literally was amazing, offering me water and tea, explaining the service throughout my experience. I chose the Dazzle Dry line(which is chemical free / vegan) , which goes on like a wet polish but dried like a gel without the UVLight. Ponita's massage- mani pedi were prob one of the best I've ever had. I'm 100% going back. Thank you guys for an amazing experience Read Less
