A new nail file and buffer are used once; and then disposed of or taken home at your discretion. Finally, we use only the most natural and highest quality in products on your nails and skin. I'm guessing Ava isn't working here anymore... I got my lashes done Friday and just 48 hours later I have lost about 60% of the lashes. I followed the after care instructions so this shouldn't be happ...
I'm guessing Ava isn't working here anymore... I got my lashes done Friday and just 48 hours later I have lost about 60% of the lashes. I followed the after care instructions so this shouldn't be happening. There's now gaps in lashes and just brushing them with the wand she gave me has them falling out. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be returning for the fill here.UPDATE: I called to inform them my lashes had completely fallen off and that I wanted a refund. They told me the girl that did my lashes (Daria) wasn't that good and another girl who is great and fast can fix them. Not sure why Daria works there if she's not great at her job and they are letting people spend $$$$ for poor results?? Having lashes put on takes 2+ hours. I don't trust this place now to spend another 2 hours to only get the same disappointing results.

Kimmy is Wonderful. I was in beauty industry for 25 years, until I was diagnosed with MS and began shaking and had to leave profession. She is a perfect example of how a beauty professional should be....

If you are a girly girl like me who loves getting a set of beautiful luscious eyelash extensions then I would def recommend going to Faith Spa!! Not only are they the best at what they do but the staff are super friendly and extremely professional! I am obsessed with my new lashes and I've gotten so many compliments since having them on! Not only has it boost my confidence but they just make me feel overall so beautiful! And who doesn't like the fact that it saves you so much time getting ready in the morning! I can literally wake up, brush my teeth and go out the door and still look amazing! I'd say that's a Win Win 😊 Thank you Eva for making me feel so beautiful everyday and giving me so much more confidence in myself! 💋💋❤️❤️💗💗

*Eyelash Extensions Review*I had a great experience at Faith Spa. Eva did my lashes and she was so awesome! I originally got eyelash extensions from a salon in Melrose, MA but unfortunately they no longer do lashes there and one month before my wedding I began to panic. I found Faith Spa on social media (instagram!) and booked an appointment online for a classic set. The Spa is located in Lynnfield near Wakefield right off the 95 - so easily accessible from the highway. There is plenty of parking in the back (keep in mind the front parking is 30min max). My eyelashes.. Eva knows what's she's doing and she's knowledgeable about the lashes. I loved that she explained to me the size/length/type she was going to use based on my eyes and lashes. She customizes them based on your current lash length and applies each lash gently and efficiently and it didn't take a long time (this is a HUGE plus). They came out beautiful and their prices are on point! I am so happy I found a new lash place and am looking forward to my fill.Note: They accept plastic but tips are cash only (there are two ATM's near by)
