I went to get my eyebrows done. I explained that I knew I had sparse brows and that I wanted him to shape them  and even then out. After he finished waxing, I told him I didn't like the results and told him how I wanted him to fix it to better my liking. Instead of doing that, he got defensive and starting insulting me telling me I have no eyebrows. He didn't want to listen to me and was defensive the whole time. Worst experience ever, telling me different prices and when it comes to paying they come out of nowhere with a different price and over charge and not only they do a bad job at doing nails...you tell them that it's crooked and they are stubborn and tell you no. In ALL the years of me doing my nails this was by FAR the worse experience I've ever had in a nail in my life, I called never mind I'm about 25 minutes away the lady had an attitude on the phone imsunuated I'd be fine to come in i get in there with and receive not only grotesque look but attitude...she told me I'd have to wait an hour I says no one said that on the phone the beginning of her dismissive condescending behavior began here...I patiently wait the escrutiating hour during this time I watch her have a long kind interested conversation with a female she was especially more interested since the girl who is Spanish told her she knows Chinese and Korean and so on...after the hour when I ask a question about the sale hence the ONLY reason I came here...I got spoken too very aggressively, condescending, dismissive and humiliating when I asked her why wasn't she speaking to me the way she was just speaking to her client nothing to say about that yet continue to YELL to get her point across I asked her REPEATEDLY to stop yelling at me never mind I kindly had asked to stop being dismissive because I was trying to explain a conversation on the phone...I felt YES totally discriminated where she probably did not know I too am Spanish and it didn't end there the worse was when I was looking for a color she yelled something to the man who had the AUDACITY to tell me idc where you came from how long you waited there's a problem I don't want you in my shop doing nails here and about my "attitude" baffling because as I said the lady was yelling and humiliating me...it wasn't till I called out their discrimination and how serious that is to me to take legal action that he changed his tone NEEDLESS to say I wasn't ever going back there anyway but I DO NOT RECOMMEND going either!!! however I will make sure this NEVER happens to someone again!!!...horrible customer service especially if you are of color!!! CHEAPER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER!!! lesson learned I will rather pay the usual high prices for great customer service and treated as an adult furthermore as in EQUAL!!! Read Less

I love this place! I've been coming here for a while and I absolutely love it! The prices are incredible the eyebrow guy is a genius! They put there heart and soul into their work and it shows. They are very friendly and honest about wait times which is important. Let's just say I have never been disappointed coming here. I wish they offered more services like eyelash extensions though because everything else they do here is so good I really don't want to have to do the leap of faith adn try to trust someone else. This nail place was poppin, people came and went! We arrived at 1:30, (three pedicures and two gel manicures) and we finally started getting work done at around 3. My nail technician was very friendly and definitely took her time on both my manicure and pedicure! She did such a great job and the nail color is gorgeous! He wouldnt listen to me when i told him i wanted my nails short. He kept saying he wants them long. And i said i like and want my nails short. Dennis still made them very long to the point i cannot type. He hurted my nails and fingers. Did mg acrylics lumpy and thin when i told him thick. It crackedand hurted my nails right after i left and still and its only been about a week. Ask everyone that goes there he sucks never listens. Always does what he wants. If you want go there and try it yourself. Btw i used to work there. Hes the worst! And i still gave him a chance to do my nails. My nails now hurt soo bad. Hes so terrible at doing nail.
