Love this Salon. They listen to you and engage in conversation with everyone. It very family oriented. Everyone there is respectful l, kind and make you feel at ease when you're there. 💓💓💓💓

They are really rude to quick to get the money from the next customer while you're paying for their time. The nails never come out right. Too thick too thin or un-even. They dont completely cover the base of your nail with acrylic so you are due for a refill before you should be. Also the wait is so long. The lady messed up so bad on my nails i told her to redo them she gave me an attitude proceeded to say id have to pay for her mistake and placed fake nails over my already old acrylics. Ive never seen anything like it and I've been getting acrylics for years. So unprofessional.

Awful. They do not care about the person's safety, I tel them to slow down on my nails because they might cut me again like last time and she doesn't even listen to me. All she does is ask me if I want my eyebrows done, like no I don't. Do yourself a favor, and don't bother coming here. There are many other nail salons in Lynn that would gladly take the time to ensure you get getting what you paid for.

horrible, horrible service. Very rushed left not feeling pampered at all. Nails are no good chipped as soon as I walked out the door. will not be coming back, suggest you do the same.

I've gone to this salon for like 6 years and I am so pleased with Kim the only nail technician I will see at the salon. Kim does great nails (always clean and natural), great pedicures (really takes her time to scrub the dead skin and gives the best calf massages) and she does a great job on my eye brows. I just like my eye brows to keep their shape and she does that. The prices are about bit much but its well worth it. I can't vouch for anyone else at the salon because I am pretty particular with how I like my nails and eye brows done so no one else really has the patient to deal with my demands. I believe, its my money and if I'm going to pay for your services...I'm going to get what I want.

This is my "go to" neighborhood nail salon for manis and pedis in downtown Lynn. I never make an appointment; they have plenty of staff and can almost always take me right away. It is a bright, clean and comfortable facility. Their stations and chairs have been replaced within the past 2 years. It costs only $10 for a mani and $30 for mani/pedi.
