I will start this review by saying I am VERY picky about my manicure and regular nail salon. I shop around for months, years before I settle down with a salon as a regular customer:). Organic Nails is THE BEST around! They are clean, accommodating, kind, friendly and careful. Liz and Lisa are my favorite technicians, but I have never been let down by anyone. They will always give a paraffin on the hands and they do a lovely spa pedicure. Their gels and SNS last up to two weeks and they are just perfect. Read Less

I love this place.  I have been going her for 3 years...pop into other places if away or have an emergency but it's never as good.  The pedicures last FOREVER.  And, they are always polite, kind, the instruments are sanitized and the bowls are lined so you don't have to worry about transferring foot "issues."  Can't recommend this place enough Read Less

One of the best nail salons by far. Lisa is wonderful and always does a great job on my nails. So sweet! The salon is very clean and everyone is approachable and friendly. Would definitely recommend that you go here if you want a quality manicure/pedicure or an amazing set of acrylics. Read Less

Lisa and Tim are wonderful - they are so nice to everyone and work hard to stay current with nail techniques that are good for your nail and skin. I tried the SNS powder here for the first time after being a gel 'junky' for many many years and I love it. They both take their time to get it right and Lisa gives a wonderfully strong massage, too! I cannot believe I paid for this "service". I can paint my my nail by myself and do a better job! Do not go here if you like your mani pedi to look good. I just spent an hour and a half and left looking horrible! There are countless imperfection-- bumps, bubbles and dents. She left nail pilolish on serval of my toes. Cut several toe nails too short. I was there for a waxing appointment, so I understand there being an extra employee standing around while I waited (although they could have finished the manicure the waxer was completing). I have been visiting this very unique and friendly salon for several years and would never consider going anywhere else now. The staff are always welcoming and the salon is very modern and bright. There is a fantastic selection of modern colours for gel nails including glitter which I chose a couple of weeks ago. I also really like the Artistic nail gel polish which they stock as it lasts for ages and does not chip. Trying an eyebrow threading next month. Read Less

I decided to give this place one last shot since it had new owners and I couldn't make it down to Brighton to Queen Bee.  Unfortunately it's just OK and not much better than before.  I had my nails done by Liz and my whole gel manicure barely took 30 minutes. My cuticles had a 3 minutes trim (no joke), my nails were left bumpy, the shape wasn't great and gel was thicker on one side of 3 nails.   The staff were nice, but training on what a manicure should be needs to be revisited here.  Make it an experience as there is a lot of competition and Lexington still doesn't have a hot spot for nails.  It's back to Queen Bee in Brighton or Jojoba Nails in Arlington for me. Made an appointment. Got there and the place is not neat and clean looking. Waited over 10 minutes after I was told they would wrap my nails just to get the polish off. Still nobody helping me although I woman had 2 ladies working on her at the same time. I left. Not worth my time or aggravation. Read Less

I cannot say enough for this nail place and am definitely looking forward to my next visit. I'd been dying to try SNS (signature nail system) for a while and this salon was recommended to me after it didn't work out with Fancy Nails.The techs were knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is small but clean. The SNS application can be tricky- it's somewhere between getting gel and acrylics but requires precision or the powder gets everywhere. As a whole they lost one star where they caught my cuticles in a couple places that were bleeding saying I have "such thin skin." I mean, it usually does just fine holding the blood in the absence of being cut/pulled so idk if my skin is the problem but nonetheless I left with a product I was very happy with. The SNS was applied to perfection and it's still on without lifting three weeks later! Three, yes, 3. This stuff grows out before chipping/fading/lifting/etc. It's maybe $5-10 more than gel but definitely worth it. Read Less

This is a great nail salon not without flaws but from observations and personal experience, they aim to please every customer who come in for service. I have been coming here the entire time they took over from the old management. The owners Lisa and Tim are always great to deal with and they are hard working people who strive to do well so that customers would return again and again.This salon is clean and well stocked with great array of nail colors and brands. They also have many pedicure spa chairs which ensures that they can fit quite a lot of customers so waiting is minimal. They try to hire technicians who can at least speak adequate English so miscommunication is rare. At times, when they get really busy, services can be hurried but overall, they have been great.  My favorite nail technician, Ariana whom I book almost exclusively does a great job every time. She is easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor. She is skilled but she will listen to what and how you want your nails done. She is great at giving massages so the spa pedicures are always relaxing and enjoyable. I am so pleased with this salon that I can't imagine going to a another place for my nail grooming needs.
