My experience here could not be more different from the comments below. I've had excellent manicures from every technician I've had, although I tend to stick with 1-2 people who know me well. Appointments are hard to get at the last minute, but are generally pretty available within a few days ahead of time, even for weekends. They have very long hours and are open every day, so they can accommodate most schedules pretty well. In contrast to a pricey nail salon in Cambridge as well as other nail salons in the area, I've never suffered a cut here. Performance polish manicures last like gels. My cuticles look well cared for. It isn't warm and fuzzy -- not the full spa experience -- but for good manicures with absolute cleanliness, I'll take these guys over anyone else. Read Less

I only went here once, so take this as you will, but I had an excellent gel manicure with Kacey. So this is more a review of her, though the salon was very clean and the stations seemed sanitary.     Kasey did a stellar job; I think the best gel manicure I have ever had. (Well, there was one other technician at Nails & Co. in Burlington, MA who I would say was/is equally as good (Robert), but really no other technicians within the past several years who I would recommend.)         Back to Kacey....My nail length matched across all my fingers. (Crazy,I know, right?!) She gave me the exact shape I wanted - square with rounded corners. Not square. Not round. Not almond. Also, there was not a bare spot in any corner of my nails, nor was there any runover of polish or clear coat onto my skin anywhere. Best part of all - this gel manicure lasted like 2 weeks. I think that is the longest gel manicure I have ever had. Most start to chip or peel after a week or sometimes less with a technician who doesn't prep the nail well enough.     With this manicure, in fact, I struggled to take it off myself. Usually, after more than a week - 2 weeks in this case, I could peel off most of the gel. So, kudos to Kacey! Wildly expensive for the services you're receiving. $91 for a pedi with callous treatment and gel mani. (Callous treatment was additional $7 to pedi) It was a very sub par job. My feet had skin still there from the callous treatment which I couldn't notice until I got home. Gel started chipping 2 days later and it was a janky job. Their customer service is lousy. I called to make an appointment and the woman on the phone was just plain rude. This is a services company - if they cannot be nice over the phone I wonder how their actual service is. I did NOT make the appointment in the end and went to another salon. Read Less

Went for the first time with a friend today to this location and had such a positive experience. My friend is actually a manager for the company and has told me that she's never worked for a company that cares about its employees like this. They provide solid hourly pay ($15/hr), provide medical benefits, and give ample opportunities for upward mobility. Good nail salon to support in a world that doesn't always give such benefits! Furthermore - I got a gel manicure, and although it's slightly pricey ($45), you get what you pay for! My nail technician was a very nice girl named Kasey who was a pleasure to talk to and did a very thorough and precise job. I've bitten my nails my whole life, and so she didn't have much to work with, but final product of was phenomenal! I hope they become the star bucks of nail salons. Read Less

Came here with my Mother in Law over the summer and we had a great time. Polish was very neat and well applied. Foot and leg massages felt great. Bringing my Mom here this weekend, we are looking forward to it! Read Less

They never have any time available. The front desk lady is annoying and useless. The products they use are way too un healthy. If you just walk by the store you get a headache. I do not recommend this place. It doesn't last long(polish) and the price is so over priced. I go to Beersheba just around the corner!!! I love them. DON"T GO HERE!!!!!! Read Less

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I live in Lexington and have gone to a few nail places around. Needed to get my nails done for my wedding. BIG mistake. Not only did the girl cut me once but SIX times. Yes that's correct 6 times. I almost stated to cry when she was doing my pedicure. Her nails were way too much and she keep pintching me. My poor fiancée was next to me the entire time and could tell I was in pain. After when getting my nails I kept saying ouch and she said sorry and sorry. After she was "done" my nails looked awful. Smudged and bubbles in them. The only good part of this place is the guy who sits up crying was nice. I will never go back. Read Less
