Tammy is not rude! This is the best place I’ve been for quality nails at a quality price. VERY FRIENDLY! Tammy, the manager is awesome at managing her employees to make sure all customers get the best service. (That’s what a manager does, SHE IS NOT RUDE) it’s a busy business and cannot always fill your needs when you walk in off the streets (drunk) and demand an hour & a half procedure when you only scheduled a half hour, there are customers that are there when you are and can not stand listening to you, we roll our eyes when you walk through the door. I've been going to Mini-Lax since she opened! The nail techs are professional, courteous, and sweet. The shop is nicely decorated and they're nail services are amazing! My acrylics NEVER LIFT. My gel polish stays amazing for weeks. They're also extremely clean!Read Less

I have been twice and I love it there! It was a recommendation to me since I was looking for a nail place in Leominster! I cannot stress enough how much I love this place. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, and ive never left unhappy with my nails. I've been getting my nails done for years and after I moved to this area, I had such a hard time finding a place that has a good selection of gel colors and will do my stilettos properly. I found this salon on Google today after I left a different salon completely unsatisfied.. When I walked in the girls greeted me with a smile! They had me pick out my color and told me it would be a few minutes.. Shortly after they brought me to my chair and I received the best manicure I've ever had from Sally! She was so sweet and asked me several times if the shape was okay or if I liked the color. Everyone was very sweet! The salon was also very clean and well kept. I got scammed at Ayer Nails so I went out to my car and called this place. They said they'd fit me right in and they did! They did a beautiful job preparing my nails and putting gel on. Then another woman took me to do my gel polish. She was SO careful and particular to get my polish perfect! I am very picky about my nails and I was thrilled with the final product! Read Less

Was vacationing in the town over and needed my acrylic nails filled and toes done. They were so friendly and the salon was really clean and inviting. My nails came out perfect. The way I like to have them is hard for many salons to do. Been over a week and my nails are still the way they were when I got them done. Wish this place was closer to me. Read Less

I went here for a pedicure . Walked in with no appointment and was greeted by a woman I am assuming was the owner and her daughter. I was told my wait would be 20 mins but it was less than 10. Very happy about that ! My pedicure was your typical pedicure but the woman that did my pedicure did an awesome job . She was very attentive and thorough with her work. The staff was also very friendly and you can tell they know their customers. They were very interactive and talkative with their customers . I did not like that they were talking to customers about other customers. I found this unprofessional especially to be in front of me being a first time customer . However they were so talkative I don't even think they realized what they were doing with me in the room. I also did not feel like I was "welcomed" they were very nice but not overly. If your not HUGE on customer service like I am than you probably wouldn't even notice or be bothered by any of this . I am still checking out nail salons as I am just now living in the area so I am not 100% set on my nail shop but I would def go back here in the future . Read Less

I tried this place out, as I've been in search of a nice, clean nail salon in the area.  I saw that they don't use new buffers for each client. After 1 week of a gel manicure, every finger tip is brown. I look dirty.  Finally, they have a bird that they handle and let sit on their shoulders while working on a client. I'm not sure now sanitary that is. At any rate, I have driven to my favorite nail spa- 40 minutes away- to have my nail polish removed and redone. Read Less
