I wont go anywhere else. Love jenni and her whole crew. She freehand paints the art on my nails. My gel nails will last a month and sometimes longer when she does the. Shop is very clean and comfy. My go to nail salon. If I give them a heads up they know that I'm going to ask for a complicated nail design and Jenny does her best. I always love it. This nail salon turned me on to a nail shape that I absolutely love and so far no other nail salon has replicated. The woman who always gives me a pedicure is the absolute best. I went to this nail salon because of the yelp reviews, but when walked in at 2:53 when it clearly says closed at 5:00pm, I asked for full set, and the man replied "I don't have time". Not sure if I was shut down due to my appearance or ethnicity, but maybe next time if you don't have "time" for clients, you should update your hours, due to false advertising. Read Less

Gave me a green nail fungus!!! I went there loyally every 2 weeks and all Kit could say as I was staring at my green nail as he was removing the polish.... you must have went somewhere else!!! Really??? They lost a great customer and the way they treated me was disrespectful and rude not good customer service at all!!!! here is the kicker...he wanted to put another tip over it !!! They're great here. Super friendly and Kit does an amazing job with the acrylics. They are never thick and sloppy. You should absolutely book an appointment though, They're always super busy and when you walk-in you will have to wait. I've personally have always books appointments so I've never had an issue, but I have watched people be told it will be about an hour before they'll be seen. Read Less

Messed up on two of my appointments, so when I walked in I had to leave and go somewhere else, place hands down does a great pedicure! And both times I've left there my manicures have come out great too.. But both times I've gone there I was for about 2-3 hours because they'll pass you off and make u wait while your half done. Amazing work, clean salon, friendly people, but the only thing I advise is always make an appointment walk ins are never welcomed. I've probably have done 3 walk-ins and all 3 times they have always told me to come back later. Absolutely love it here. Possibly best in the area!Professional, efficient, quick & talented technicians.It's unfortunate that it took so long for me to finally try this salon. I alternate between my natural nails and acrylics because I like both. Kit/Kid has made it hard to stop wearing acrylics! He does such good work it's basically art. I've been to MANY nail salons and when Kit takes care of my nails they look practically natural. Also, the massage during the regular pedicure is a great, long massage unlike those at other salons. Can't imagine what the deluxe feels like!For those who haven't been, Kit/Kid does the acrylic application & his wife Jenny & the other girls do everything else. Read the reviews on this place since I'm a yelp fanatic and insisted on trying it due to the reviews. The only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is because my full set acrylic took 2 hours but I guess that's the time it takes for perfection! I showed the woman the exact design I wanted and she helped me choose the exact colors according to the picture, and did an excellent job perfecting it! The guy did the acrylic part and did an absolutely amazing and precise job! He makes sure they are perfect, and that you like them each step of the way. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, making sure your experience was nothing less than perfect. I will most certainly be coming back and unfortunately may have to say goodbye to my last nail artist (she didn't do design). Can't wait for my fill in! Read Less

LOVED ! I am a commuter out of Lawrence to Boston and I called a head to see what time they closed and Jenny offered to stay open a little later so I could get a pedicure! I was afraid they would rush through but even at the time they closed the lovely woman who did my toes took her time and was a perfectionist. I love this salon. Great prices and great,  friendly service. I've always been able to call and go in and get what I want done last minute. Once I needed a mani and pedi and had very little time and they got 3 people to work on me and get me out on my timeframe with beautiful nails. They were sure to remind me though that if I came in with more time, they'd pamper me like I deserved!During the day, a dog sometimes visits. I love it, but it's good to know if anyone is super allergic. Each time, they aksed me immediately if I was ok with dogs though.  Highly recommend! Read Less

Charming, friendly nail salon.  Reasonable prices.  Jenny and Kit (wife and husband team) have such attention to detail, its really remarkable.  My hands and feet always come out looking terrific.  Some of their fancier work on other customers (designs/art) are so pretty that it make me curious about trying that too some day.  Jenny knows that her customers like the massage part of the pedicure (regular or spa).  If you know you need to be done in an hour or less, just tell her and she'll work accordingly.  Otherwise, be prepared to just relax and be pampered.
