I've gone to this establishment on a few occasions, and have tolerated the Owner's poor customer service skills. This lady would be doing your nails and speaking Cambodian to her employees. On one occasion this woman had a loud telephone conversation in Cambodian for the one hour that it took her to give me a gel manicure. The last time that I went she was doing a manicure on a lady that had taken her lunch break, a woman walked in from the street and asked to have eyelash extensions put on and this woman left the client she was working on to put the eyelash extensions!  The customer who waited for her confronted her about what she did, the owner didn't apologise,  customer left without having her nails done. I came in and they greeted me and I came in confident that they where going to do a good job since the reviews were really good but then she settled up everything and she started to clean and then she tried using the nail cutter and she cut me but not just a little like really deep in there and she laughed and said its ok I'm already having a heart attack at that point then she did it again and she gave me a two sec massage and painted my nails like my little cuz did it and she kept messing up two hours later finalllly she was done I had a pedicure but I have to say sexy nails on common does a lot better in 45 min my fake nails are done pedicure was perfect I have to say I'm going to stay loyal to sexy nails and them only Big mistake of trying cathys !
