If you're looking to get your nails done quickly and nicely Lee's is definitely a nice option in the Berkshires. Everyone super nice, the lady I worked with was super understanding and asked name exactly what I wanted and always checked up on whether or not she was hurting me. Went in and they did a sloppy job. Cut my skin until it bled. I didn’t get the color I wanted and didn’t even put my fake nails I wanted. Cut the my real nails down so far I have no length left at all. Will never go back there again. Read Less

Worst most unprofessional experience ever! Never been so UPSOLD in my life. Got straight up robbed I must have said I wanted just acrylic ten times she flat out ignored e and did gels. Same with my toes. She kept saying how awful my feet we're and how bad I needed a pedi really loud. Purposely embarssed me. She just kept adding things to the pedi without asking and just kept adding to the bill. She had my fingers bleeeeding by. The time she was done fililing. I asked for just a simple glitter line on one finger she said five dollars ( for a line) but no .. Well do it next time! She straight told me no!!! By nails look awful . My sister and I went here for the first time five days ago. I was not pleased at all with my experience. First of all, the woman that did my nails took off the color 4 times because she kept messing up! I only got a manicure and it took as long as my sisters fake nails to be done. When they were finally done, my nails were uneven and way shorter than I started because she would not stop filing them the whole time. Four of my nails are already broken on the side from her bad filing job, causing them to have weak spots . My sisters artificial nails are already off. One broke off without her doing anything and two snapped in half. I spent over $100 there 5 days ago for broken short nails and fake nails that should have lasted 2 more weeks. Read Less

1 star is generous. The lady who did my fake nails kept trying to change the color from one that I wants to one she wanted. When filing my real nails down she broke skin on my finger and made it bleed, she didn't wash her hands or clean her tools after that. She picked out a design for me after getting mad that I didn't pick one in the 15 seconds she gave me. After four days the nails were chipping and there were huge gaps between the fake and real nails. My nails are now broken and have huge white spots covering them. The only time anyone there talked to me was saying that they used gel polish and that it costs more without telling me before it was used and saying "oh did that hurt" when my finger started bleeding. She soaked my wedding ring with lotion, I had to wash it off a couple of times when I got home. Ended up paying almost $50 for the worst job I've gotten done. Read Less

They do not use fresh files or pumice stones, didn't use a base coat.  My technician kept cutting my cuticles to the point where they started hurting.  I kept telling him to stop but he did not understand what I was saying.  At the end of my session, they put my flip flops back in the bin to reuse.  Not the most sanitary experience and not the best with communication Read Less
