This place is highly unsanitary, they reuse nail files and do not let the tools soak long enough in sanitizer. I was having acrylics put on and had to leave do to an allergic reaction because they glued my actual skin to my nail, not to mention she was not careful about the acrylic powder and I ended up leaving mostly because of that, I began to feel lightheaded and insisted she stopped, I got water and they offered me candy...which would do nothing in the end..above all I asked for a refund and in the end they said it was my fault for my reaction...and called it a panic attack. I ended up in the emergency room from the parking lot due to over inhaling of the powder because of little to no ventilation! Over all do not recommend and they should be shut down because of poor sanitization practices. Ummm no I don't have "many medical conditions" let alone any! That was a very false statement stop trying to cover your tracks! The girl doing my nails angled a fan directly upwards with powder behind it, she was clearly fine because she had a mask on and I was inhaling the powder! Read Less

I called to make an appointment for that night and they told me just to walk in, giving me no specific time for when they would be getting ready to close for the night, even though it says they close at 8. So when my friend and I got there for our pedicures, they said it was already too late and they were closing even though it was way before 8. This place is hit or miss. I love how my nails come out, every single time no matter who does them. I have had to wait a ridiculous amount of time though, even with an appointment. They aren't the most organized at all and their systems could definitely use some work but I can't complain with how my nails look when I leave. Read Less

I've been a loyal customer for 3+ years. However, have noticed every appointment made requires a 30 min wait. I hate saying something to staff knowing I'm getting a service done for myself, but did so today and the staff was very rude about it. This place is absolutely not worth the time or service. Read Less
