By far an amazing salon! Previous owner was wonderful and kind and always making sure the customer was happy. Amy, the new owner is absolutely just as wonderful and will pamper you as you deserve ! I've been going to this salon since November of 2016 when I discovered it! The Herbal mani and pedi is AMAZING and so soothing! I never once had a poor experience. Amy did an EXCELLENT job on my eyebrows! I even showed up late in this evening (I felt so bad not realizing what time they closed!) and everyone stayed late to take of me which was so nice! I'm sitting in the parking lot writing this review. I just had a manicure and pedicure with Kim. While the pedicure was fantastic, the manicure may be the worst I've ever had. There was no removal of the clear polish on my nails, my cuticles were roughly cut (see pictures) and the polish was applied sloppily with no clean up afterward. When I asked her to re-do some of the nails, she removed and applied color directly to the bare nail without reapplying base coat. While Kim was a lovely person, I would not return to see her. Downhill since ownership changed.  A customer since opening Dec 2015, I won't be back.  One of the best things about the old Glossy was its level of cleanliness.  No longer. I feel like the counters and pedi seating areas receive minimal cleaning effort.  Now your feet sit in what look like plastic shower caps, yuk. My last 3 manicures have been poorly done by what seemed like very new manicurists. Just realized one of my nails is way longer than the others because it wasn't filed. Sheesh. Sorry I won't be back. Technicians are awful and unskilled. A simple manicure turned into a disaster and disappointment. Beautiful salon, but the prices are insane. I called and asked for a Express Pedicure so I could get to an appointment on time...and they charged me for a regular Pedicure which is much more money and was not as long as it should have been for the surcharge, while the whole time I thought it would be an Express. When I went to pay, the nail polish I picked happened to be $7 extra, but there was no sign or anyone that told me that beforehand and I had no idea. I was shocked, and so upset, and no one did anything about it. It was not worth the money at all. That was my second visit. My first I had to personally walk into the back room to get help after no one was at the door for 5 mins and there was someone drying their nails alone in the space.  I tried to give it another shot, but never again.
