I got my nails done here for the first time and I have to say my nail technician took her time and made my nails look great. I did get nicked a little when she was doing my cuticles, but the shape of my nails and the fact that the gel was not placed on my skin definitely made up for it. I've given this place multiple opportunities and although the nails come out looking nice they never last 2 weeks and they are never left shiny (gel manicure) the products they use are poor quality. And they take a long time just for a gel manicure about 2 hours. They have a sign that say walk in welcome but if you walk in without an appointment they give you an attitude and when you have an appointment they don't respect your time and make you wait. The reviews were great and was told they do a great job at doing Dip Gel which not a lot of places do. My usual place is in Danvers (yes I travel to them). I've been getting Dip Gel for about a year now. Let me tell you, this place is not educated on Dip Gel at all. Maybe it was just the girl that did mine, I don't even know her name, b...ut I won't be going back to a second try. First, she used the power drill file to file off my previous color before soaking which you're not supposed to do with Dip gel or shellac. It's for acrylic nails only. This tells me that they are lazy and don't want to wait for the acetone to properly work in taking the color off. I didn't say anything cause I'm really not that picky but she then proceeded to drill THROUGH my nail until I was bleeding. NOT ok... the reason why I switched to Dip Gel was because it is better for your natural nails (helps them grow stronger, less damaging, no harsh filing or UV lamps)... well now my nail is damaged obviously ... Then, at the end, she put my nails under the UV lamp... Dip Gel does not need to dry that way. It drys automatically on its own... The entire process took over an hour which should have been an hour or less. Even after filing my nails with the drill which should have made the soak off process faster. Overall she did a good job but clearly they need better training in Dip Gel procedures. Needless to say, I will be traveling back to Style Nails in Danvers for proper Dip Gel nails from now on! I got a pedicure here today and I used Yelp to find somewhere to get it done. I normally prefer high end salon/spas to get my nails done but figured I try somewhere new. My experience was okay. Nothing special. The little foot tub water was cold so that stunk. But she was precise on my calluses and actual nails and the massage was decent; exfoliation then lotion after. I was a huge fan of Royal Nails...keyword: WAS. Of course, like every place, as soon as word gets out it gets super busy and the service starts to decline. I love getting my nails done here because they always do such a nice job, they take there time with your cuticles (which I love) as well as your polish, and it lasts. I usually end up soaking them off myself on week 3 only because of regrowth. I hardly ever have the same person, but they ALL are wonderful!! Read Less

Went w my daughter for mani pedis. We both got shellac for our manis. Great work. My daughters is going strong 3 weeks out. Small chip on thumb. My Shellac stayed on for 15 days before I got a little chip. I'm a nurse and wash my hands quite often as well as constantly use alcohol based hand sanitizer.  Clean. Attentive. Cindy did SUCH a good job on my shellac manicure- I've never had a nail technician who was so meticulous, and my nails look awesome! She really took her time and asked me how I liked everything along the way. I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years and I have NEVER experienced such disgusting customer service. I made an appt. earlier in the week for a pedicure and full set on Friday in order to get ready for my WEDDING on Saturday. When I arrived the lady told me that my appt had been for the day before after I had called an additional time after making the appt to confirm the date and time. These guys are amazing!!! Anytime I go else where to get my nails filled or fixed or anything I'm always leaving upset and mad army self for not going here! I have no patients and if they are booked and I have a broken nail I go somewhere else (like #1 nails in Plaistow who are terrible & had a 12 year old boy fixing my nail) and for now on I will wait!!! I agree with that other reviewer from March 2016. I went there last year a couple times and thought they were great. I took my daughter this week and was so embarassed. We got pedicures and were out of there in 30 minutes. My previous ones were almost an hour long. My daughters toe was killing her all night because too much skin was taken off around her toe. My nails weren't even covered nicely, as you expect after a pedicure. Not enough coats. Have they changed hands recently? It was nothing like I remembered and the girls were not pleasant at all. Great pedicure here! I went with a girlfriend-we had appts. Very relaxing --even with the techno music in the background. The woman who did my nails took her time and got the water nice and hot--just as I requested! The leg massage was longer than I expected.  Definitely recommend the nail tech Shell. Read Less

This place is great! I brought a bridal party here before my friends wedding and from the moment we walked in I was impressed. They let us bring our own snacks and they had all the pedi stations ready to go for us. It was a very relaxing experience and all our nails and toes came out excellent! I've been going to ManiQ every two weeks for over a year now. Nina, Kim, and Anna are all amazing. I get CND shellac done every two weeks and at the end of two weeks it's still in perfect condition with no chips. I used to go to Royal nails and in my opinion it's overcrowded, not as clean as ManiQ, and the shellac wasn't nearly as perfect as they do it at ManiQ and didn't last as long even with the same product. They are meticulous with your nails cleaning up every edge. They use new tools every time -They open it from the package right in front of you, and they have good prices. I get my pedicures here too. There is a newer girl Cindy, she did my shellac and pedi last week and did a great job. I've tried pretty much every nail place in Haverhill over the years until I found ManiQ and now I won't go anywhere else. Love my ManiQ girls! Kristine Read Less

I don't know how this place has any positive reviews. This was the dirtiest "spa" I've ever walked in to. Not only do they not clean the manicure tables (there were clippings from who know how many people ago) their instruments were not sanitized. The cuticle remover had dead skin on it from someone else. I didn't speak up because the woman doing my nails didn't speak English. My advice: unless you want an infection, stay away!!!!  There are much better places nearby.Came back today for another manicure. I figured a few years might make a difference. Well, my nails chipped shortly after I left, and one completely peeled off. My sister in law had the same problem. We definitely won't be back. Read Less
