Rudest service I've ever received at a nail salon in my 22 years of getting my nails done. These people don't deserve your business. They are actually mean and very disrespectful. It was so obvious they were saying nasty things about me to each other in Vietnamese, even though I was nothing but friendly to them. On top of it, they just did an average job with my mani/pedi and did not take direction well, as they pushed to do it to their taste instead of how I wanted it to look. They were pushy, arrogant, condescending & rude. They took my money and they didn't even say goodbye or thank you and didn't smile once and just looked at me the entire time with a miserable resting-b*tch face. There are too many other nail salons with better customer service skills that treat their patrons nicely and with respect that I can go to instead, so will never return here & you shouldn't either! I've been going to Kim's Salon for two years. I am very demanding, and will never settle for anything but a perfect gel manicure that lasts for at least two weeks! Kim does a fantastic job :) Also, I get my eyebrows waxed there and they always come out perfectly. The salon is always clean, great job and I would never go anywhere else. horrible customer service, the lady is not nice, get done my full set acrylic ,I asked to remove the skin of my nail before she painted but the lady said that she will do at the and, when she finish she doesn't want to do, they told me to pay more, they are so expensive, I do not recommend this place, I never back a gain, NEVER A GAIN Read Less

I was so looking forward to relaxing and getting pampered. That did not happen. The manicurist hardly said a word to me. The water was lukewarm - cold, quick massage on legs only NO foot massage!!! I felt rushed (entire pedicure lasted 10 minutes) and everyone was so rude. I would never go back nor would I recommend it to any one. Honestly worst pedicure I have gotten.
