First time trying this place out per recommendation of a girlfriend. Manicure/Pedicure were basic, pretty much average.BUT, Do Not Get eyelash extensions here!! WARNING!!! First of all the little room they apply the lashes in is unfortunate as a whole. It must of been a closet at one point. When I laid down on the spa table I looked up to see Filthy Vents and Light Fixtures directly above me :( I kept thinking...one little bump on those walls and that filth is going to rain on me. I told the "Technician" and she just sort of mumbled something and smiled??? It took about an hour for the eyelash extensions to be applied...which was not too bad. I asked her what some of the ingredients were in the glue they use...she could not tell me. She showed me the label on one of the glue bottles but I could not read the print for it was microscopic. So....she told me how to care for the lashes with gently washing around my eyes, showed me how to gingerly comb them with a dry clean mascara type brush and told me not to apply mascara and Off I went with my lashes that did not match too well . I woke up the next day to my eyelashes clumped together and lashes falling out. I attempted to gently un-clump them as directed ....and one by one the extensions came falling out. I am not ever going back....it was a complete waste of money....I don't even want my $55 back...for I should of trusted my gut and knew that what typically costs $200-300 and is only costing $55 can not be high quality stuff. Now I am hoping my natural lashes do not fall out.... They use the cheapest of cheap products for extensions. Stick with a Mani/Pedi. I realized eyes are Not to be messed with....especially when your lash technician does not know the ingredients of the glue...and smiles at a filthy atmosphere. Lesson Learned !!

Definitely recommend!! I've been all over the Hanover Pembroke area and this is by far the best place! And BYOB! I purchased gift cards for my sisters and Mom for Christmas, and they agree! They did a wonderful job on my brows too!

I went to a nail salon for years and the last few times I had a mani/pedi at my former place, I was very disappointed in the way my nails were done. I gave my old establishment maybe 6 tries before searching for another place. I went to 2 other places after that and I was not happy with the way they did my nails either - then I found Beauty Box.Beauty Box sent out a flyer that's how I found them. I was very skeptical because I kept trying places and they weren't working out. The very first time I went there I was super impressed. I have been there several times since and every time I get an awesome manicure and/or pedicure. They also do other things like fake eye lashes and washing eye brows but I have not tried that yet. If you are looking for a place that does great mani/pedis, check this place out.
