Completely awful experience at this salon I will never ever get my nails done at a salon thanks to the scarring experience this place left on me. For starters I had a 2:15 pm appt that they made me when I got there wait 30 minutes for. Then the technician was very rude and rushing through my acrylics ( I was getting a full new set on). She kept knicking me with the electric buffer and was going so fast I was clearly in pain and flinching and she kept going on like that. Then she left them too long and painted them the wrong color I wanted a grey matte and she assured me she had picked the right color to match the photo from Pinterest I showed her that I wanted done. Nope it was a tan and I wanted a white glitter on the ring finger and she puts the matte polish over the glitter? Thought it was strange but figured she was the professional so I didn't question it. Seeing as she made me pay before she was done and I tipped her $10 I would've thought maybe she wouldn't have been so rude and rushing but nope she rushed right through. She wasn't gentle at all with the electric buffer or file and then she sends me over to the dryer with paint specks all over my hands that she didn't even remove with nail polish remover.... I got home and after seeing them completely dried was pissed!!! The glitter since matte was put over it look like a white rough bumpy mess and the color was tan NOT grey. My fingers were all sore from all the rough buffing she did and she even touched my cuts with her fingers while she put some green solution on my cuts and she didn't even tell me what it was she said it was to make my skin feel less sensitive??? So THEN the next day I wake up and my fingers are itchy and pink and I have an itchy rash all over my chest turns out whatever ingredients they have in the glue they used or the acrylics I had an allergic reaction to which has never happened to me before at any other nail salons! So I went back the next day and explained I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I had the day before the color was wrong, she put matte over glitter and she cut my skin and was very rude. the nail techcnian said she would absolutely not give any refund to me and said that it was my fault because my skin was sensitive and I had thin nails which I have no idea what that has to do with you rushing through the acrylics with the electric buffer ?? I told her if she saw this why did she still proceed on with putting acrylics on instead of suggesting getting gel nail polish or something!? She then goes on to lie further about how she did suggest that which she didn't. So she then tells me she can't remove them since I had cuts on my fingers the acetone would sting my fingers so instead she offered to trim the nails down shorter and give me a different color?! Idk what's wrong with this salon and its technicians but I would never recommend this place even to my worst enemy then to make it worse as I talked to my freind he told me his mother went there for a pedicure and she ended up with an infection and had her toenail surgically removed. Absolutely horrible nail salon if I could give it zero stars I would! Terrible nail salon. Had an appointment at 2:15 and they made me wait 30 minutes....Rushed my acrylics, rough with the electric buffer and file and cut my fingers. She painted my nails the wrong color and then put matte over the glitter on my ring finger which later on when dry made the glitter look like a white clumpy mess. She left specks of nail polish all over my hands I had to remove with polish remover myself when I got home. The acrylics looked awful!! Absolutely worst nail salon experience I have ever ever had not worth the $40. Then come to find out my friends mom went there for a pedicure and her toe ended up getting infected and the nail had to be surgically removed!!! If i could rate this a 0 I would. The technician was super rude. She messed up my nails, I asked for coffin and she dug six feet deep. After complaining to her time after time she continued to ignore my requests and kept on with the effed up nails. I then asked for a refund because they were shit. I have been driving by this place forever.. Being super unhappy with my nail services lately I have them a shot.. I called ahead and booked just in case.. this was my second time going tonight and I had Sarah.. she was super friendly, gave an amazing massage with the pedi ( that's why I get pedicures.. I'm on my feet all day every day) and the manicure was awesome. I would highly recommend this nail salon!! Read Less

I came here on Sunday because I was looking for a place in my new town. They did my acrylic fill and pedicure, they left all my corners sharp and they catch on everything. It is now Friday and all of my nails are snagging and some nails The acrylic has broken off, I'm guessing they did them too thin. I stopped in today after work (the only day I could stop in) because I want them fixed, they didn't have any time. They should've dropped everything to fix them but instead they chose not to and to get a bad review.I will never come here again considering they were more expensive and did the worst job. Read Less

I recently moved to the area and decided last minute to get a mani-pedi before a party I was going to in a few hours. I drove by and stopped here. Boy, am I glad I did. The woman who did my nails was very friendly and it was the best leg massage ever! Seriously, I tipped her double of what I normally do because the leg massage was so good and longer than any other places I have been too. She was very gentle and thorough when clipping and painting. I would have given this place a better rating if I didn't always have to wait 20-30 minutes.  Despite always calling ahead and making appointments whenever I show up at my scheduled time I am forced to wait for an excessive period of time. I've been here a few times now. It's always busy when I go which says something. The pedicures are amazing! They take their time and I've been happy with the results. However, I've tried to call ahead to schedule an appointment, and I've also witnessed others do this as well, and have gotten stuck waiting anyways. Up to a half hour or more after the "scheduled" appointment time. I let it slide because I'm happy with the results but this is definitely frustrating since people make appointments for a reason.Also, the last woman I had spoke way too soft and unclear and she seemed to get frustrated with me asking her "what?" I'm still trying to decide if I will give this place a second chance. I went here today for the first time for a pedicure and they were busy. A middle-aged, well-dressed woman who I think was the manager did my pedicure and it was one of the worst I've ever received. She was extremely friendly but I don't think she had a clue what she was doing. She cut my nails so short that it hurt when she filed them. I purposely leave my nails long so they can trim them to a nice length and shape when I get a pedicure and she cut them down to the quick. She also did a lazy job of scrubbing my calluses. With the tool that looks like a cheese grater, she was moving it side to side (wrong direction) so that the tool wasn't even doing what it's intended to do. She barely trimmed my cuticles. She didn't even file the nails on my left foot, only the right foot. She also interrupted my pedicure several times to stand up and greet customers who walked into the shop. I am so grateful that she had one of the other employees paint my nails (which came out decent) so that my feet weren't totally messed up. Basically, I could've done the same job if not better on my own at home, and I would've been $32 + tip richer. The only thing I can't complain about is the leg massage which was great but she spent a lot of time on one leg and did the other one very briefly. Lastly, it was the longest pedicure I've ever had. It lasted 90 minutes and caused my butt to go numb from sitting in the chair for so long. If I did ever go back, it would have to be during the week when it's less busy. Read Less

I am from out of town and called an hour ahead to make an appointment. The woman who answered the phone was enthusiastic and courteous which set the tone nicely for my manicure and pedicure appointment. I went in on a Monday evening. It was quiet and relaxing. I got a pampering pedicure and a gel manicure which last 2.5 weeks!  I felt taken care of and 100% satisfied with the service. The prices are great too. I'd go back again for sure! Read Less
