Used to be great, but gone downhill. Charged me to take off my nail polish. Isn't that something included? Didn't notify me either. Didn't scrub feet, but instead used a nail cleaning brush to wipe them down. Rushed the gel setting and now it is bumpy and curdling. They gave my mother two different shades of red on her nails and toes, and it is very noticeable. Also not washing their tools and changing their gloves (ew). Had my nails done there less than a week ago, not my choice to go but the group I was with decided to go, and I decided I'd give them another chance.... After 48 hours ALL of the shellac was peeling up on its own. After 4 days, several nails are without polish. Ended up paying $60 for a crappy manicure and equally as bad pedicure. After not coming here for 3+ years, I'll still stand behind that decision. Looks like I'm going to stick to Le's in rowley. Cheaper, yet better quality. Read Less

I have gone here many times, the salon is always clean and service is fast!   They offer poiish change for about $10 and full service mani-pedi brand new massage chairs, 4 televisions, and amazing long hot rock massage!  No complaints here....definitely my go to in the area by far!! Read Less

I don't think the reviews here honestly reflect this salon...I had been here before and was quite happy.  Today I was driving home a bit after four, and called and asked if they could take me at 445 and they said yes.   (They close at 5). I showed up to find a busy, clean and adorable nail salon where it was clearly filled with many regulars.  I was promptly and pleasantly greeted and had a wonderful experience.   My nails look great, it was very reasonably priced, and I look forward to going back! I've become so annoyed with the sub standard quality I no longer go here . I live 10 minutes away and although they are really nice, the quality is just not good and I always leave disappointed . They are also more expensive than most other salons in the area which makes it even worse. Read Less

Charged to remove the nail polish they had put on two weeks prior. Not much loyalty for return customers, not very friendly, and they claim that their credit card machine is broken a Lott. Don't recommend at all. Read Less

I had been here a couple times before and had mediocre experiences, but after my last visit I will never EVER be back.1) They screwed up the date of my appointment.  They called asking where I was and I had to tell them my appointment was for the following day.  Luckily they could still take me the following day...2) Appointment started late even though there weren't very many people in there.3) I had my pedicure first, which was fine (or so I thought) but by the time it came to my manicure, I was the last person in there and they started shutting everything down.  I felt so rushed out of there.  Don't offer appointments that late if you can't accommodate.4) I had picked my gel color and midway through application and sealing, the guy doing my nails called someone else over to take a look and I was told the color wasn't coming out right and I needed to pick a different one.  WHAT??  First my time was wasted with the original color, and then they can't even paint my nails a color that they have and offer??5) The icing on the cake: removed my toe nail polish a few weeks later and... TADA!  Toe nail fungi!  I have never in my life experienced this before. I will be driving the extra 20 minutes to go to my old nail salon from now on. Read Less

Poor organization and bookkeeping. Been getting my nails done every 3 weeks, book my appointment before I leave. Showed up today for my appointment, and the gentleman who books appointments had made an error on my date. As a regular patron, one would think he would have apologized and fit me in, but no.  Guess they don't care about their regular clientele. Read Less

A new and very clean and beautiful salon. This was my first time there and I will for sure go back. The other patrons there all seemed to be regulars and very happy with their nails. I had a french pedi that was $33.00. I am pretty sensitive so a few times it hurt a bit more than other pedicures I have had.  I think just a different technique.  The nail tech was a very nice woman and pleasant to talk to. The chair was great and the massage portion heavenly.  The tech didn't offer a drink and I think that should always be the first thing.  Next time I will ask!All in all a great experience and I plan on going back.
