Always in a rush (owner)... And this is when there aren't any customers. Does not push your cuticles back (before clipping) for a longer lasting job. I find that in a week it looks like I need to be back. They are not clean with the tubs ((for pedicures) so be very careful of ring work and fungus. They rinse. I had to tell them numerous times to wash it before I go in. Techs look very unhappy. What gives them three stars is that they will work late to make a buck BUT they will rush that too. My friend and I went in for a pedicure and a week later both of us had an infection in our toe. 2 rounds of antibiotics later, I have to have my toe nail removed. I've been going here for 7+ years and am so disgusted. My entire wedding party went there for nails. I loved this place before but the aren't cleanly apparently. Read Less

I love happy nails!!! My mom and I recently went there and we both wanted pretty complicated nail designs that took time and effort. And the staff was more than helpful, friendly, patient, and they are very throughout with their job. They have ALL THE COLORS! Which is great. Not her worse than chosing a color and the place don't have it. But that wasn't an issue here :) I'm very pleased with happy nail and I plan to keep coming back!!! Read Less

I have been going here regularly, for 3 years and have yet to have a bad experience ... It always looks too busy but they always get us in ... Even did nails for my wedding, a party of 12 ladies all for pedis & manis or tips ... They consistently do an amazing job... I bring in design ideas and they are wonderful to take my idea & ROCK it !!!! I cannot commend them enough on their good work which is consistent from employee to employee ... The above review is bogus. I have been going to this Salon for 2 years....I have gotten my nails done 2 other times at a different salon and I have hated how they come out both times. Niki the manager is FANTASTIC. She remembers my name everytime...she remembers the names of my friends that I have brought with me for services in the past. I have broken my nail or smudged my nail right after and she fixes it. I was not pleased to see the first post because I would not go anywhere else to get my nails done. Horrible. Don't know why I keep going back..convienience I guess. 1st of all the owner, woman who sits on the right when you come in, STAY AWAY. I cant tell you how many times she has jabbed me, poked me, slipped with the drill. Always in such a rush, not sure why its only crowded on Saturdays. You get what you pay for. One day i went into the store to get a fullset put on my nail on saturday and the next thing you know i have to get it fix right away. I have to come in on monday to get it fix because they close on sunday . But when i went in there the girl that did my nail wouldn't fix it for me so another fix it for me. She said she can't fix it because it was broken and the nail grow out like half way so i have to get them fill just 1 day after the fullset and i still have to pay for my fullset and my fill. I don't remember the name of the girl that did my nail but i remember how she look. She is very short and maybe around 40 something. She also has glasses on. I was very disappointed with my nail because she file my nail with the drill too much that why i have line on my nail now. It take forever for the nail to growth out and be back to normal.
