I always get my nails done at exquisite but thought that the higher price of blinkin' gorgeous that they would be of higher quality. I was very disappointed when after my first appointment one of my nails had a dent, one was wonky and the paint quality was awful. Will never go here again. I left a tip in the amount I saw fit and the lady told me I should have tipped more. I feel that if they expect a certain amount then they should just set the price as such instead of be rude and say something about the amount I gave. Read Less

i traveled with my friend and business associate to Falmouth for the weekend.  Spent time at Martha's Vineyard on Saturday and determined Sunday would be our "down day".  Decided to have mani/pedi's and rolled the dice on the nail salon since we were completely unfamiliar with the area.Booked our appointments at Ten Perfect Nails for first thing Sunday morning.  From start to finish, the salon exceeded our expectations.  Hope, Paulo and Andy were fabulous.  Each were attentive and made us feel welcome and comfortable.  They took their time and this was reflected in the results. In addition, the setting was relaxing and spotless. I'm somewhat of a germaphobe and was impressed with the cleanliness and care taken in the setting. Just can't say enough about what a great experience we had. In addition to the wonderful conversation and setting, my nails look fabulous!!I recommend this salon highly and my only disappointment is that I don't live closer to the salon.  They would definitely be a regular indulgence. Stopped in to get a French Manicure because it was a convenient location for me. Unfortunately it's the last time I'll go there. After she was done she put me in the uv light to dry, when she told me to take them out I looked at them and the polish was dripping so it was no longer a straight line. She re-did them, had me sit in front of the fan this time. I was in a hurry after being there way longer then expected. After she said I was done the second time I ran out to get where I needed to be. As I drove away, I looked down and they were dripping, again. My bridesmaids & I enjoyed mani/pedis the day before the wedding here.  The salon was neat & clean.  Prices were reasonable for the area.  The staff helped my girls choose polish for their toes to match their gel manicures.  The results were beautiful.  I really enjoyed my relaxing time at Ten Perfect Nails & recommended them to our guests looking for a place. Here on a couple day vacation between business trips and desperately needed nails done.  Hope was sweet and very gentle.  I hate when you end up with torn up skin but beautiful nails and that is so NOT the case with Hope!  She even taught me some Vietnamese words!  I got a gel manicure only. Not impressed. I have been here multiple times. The last time I wanted to  get a quick manicure on a Sunday afternoon. It was a little busy but I ended up waiting for 45 minutes just for a manicure. Shitty service the woman was rude to me. The quality was horrible my nails chipped within 2 days. I guess that is what you get for such cheap prices.  UGH! Read Less

If I could give  no stars, I would . I have no problem if an establishment is honest and upfront about wait time, and I totally understand if thy can't accommodate me. They said they would take me and my group immediately , sat us down and then ignored us for at least 45 minutes . Some members of my group were helped, while I waited and finished my manicure by myself. I never got my pedicure in spite of the promises to help me next . Repeatedly they told new inquiring customers that walked in or called a half an hour wait.....I never got the pedicure and I will never go back.  Not only were they overwhelmed and dishonest, the staff in the manicure room were rude as well. I just had a great experience with Hope, who came highly recommended from one of my close friends that always requests her.  Hope gave me a wonderful shellac french manicure that looks absolutely amazing!  The coloring and detail in manicure is fantastic...I left very very happy!!! Read Less

Post Fourth of July relaxation and decided to get a mani pedi this afternoon with a girlfriend. We had to wait a little while because they were very busy, but that may speak to the fancier nail jobs that are being done here. Lots of designs etc. If you're looking for that, this seems like a great place to go.I only got a simple one color job, it was done cleanly and quickly, but I didn't feel rushed. I wish they had focused a bit more on my calluses but it was toward the end of the day and that may have been a factor. Hope did my nails and she was very sweet and did a great job. I haven't had a manicure in nearly 3 years (toddler around, just didn't make sense) and now my hands look very trendy :). I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town and probably tomorrow cause I think I left my watch there :( Read Less

I waited with my feet sitting in water for 15 minutes, the technician who finally did my pedicure seemed to have no idea what he was doing (barely cut my nails, filing was painful, shaky hands, etc) when I asked on specific areas to focus on/fix he talked over me and ignored my request. The prices are low but so is the quality. The nail tech that gave me a manicure was rude, abrasive, and impatient ("Alright have you picked out your color yet?"with ATTITUDE). This was not necessarily one of the best nail salons to visit in the Falmouth area. It's good if you need something temporary, but not the best if you want your nail polish to last for more than a day without chipping. The staff is very quiet and generally talks to their coworkers rather than their client. It seemed so long since I'd wandered among the well manicured and civilized that I made a run for the first nail salon I saw on the cape.  Ten Perfect Nails was open and bright, the service was prompt, but not as thorough as I'm used to and the prices $25 for a pedicure, $13 for a manicure were neither gouging nor representative of the service you receive.  The salon was clean, but my pedicure was mediocre.  I know that pedicures vary from technician to technician and to me cleanliness matters a bit more than a good scrub of the callouses so TPN earns three stars not two.   I'm not sure I'd visit again.  I'm sure there are better nail salons in Falmouth.
