My mom and I made appointments for manicure and pedicures. We arrived early for appointments, quickly noticing that all the technicians were each busy with a client. Being early, we didn’t mind waiting. However, only one technician became available and started my mom’s manicure on time. Once we realized no other technicians were becoming available soon, we had asked when I would be taken for my appointment. About 10 minutes later a gentleman happened to walked in from his lunch break and was asked to work on me for my manicure. He did my manicure and another woman did my pedicure. To summarize, Spa & Nails was just okay. The service was mediocre and my nails were completed as fast as they could get done. Also, the space is dirty and cluttered. I would suggest trying another salon in the area. You most likely will get a better service experience and your nails will look just as good.

They can be jerks u have to be careful but they do amazingggggggg nails thow my right hand salon right here I got a new one now as well elegant nails and spa in Falmouth

Best. Experience. Ever. Feel so relaxed after my pedicure, they were so polite and gentle. Highly recommend. They give hot stone massages!!

Super friendly and great service! One of the few places nearby that does dip powder! They didn't have the color I wanted, but told me they would order it and have it for next time. =) Kenny did a great job on my nails and even custom blended me a color from the powders they did have available. He was quick and efficient but very thorough and loves doing unique, custom work - very hard to find on Cape! I will definitely be going back!

My mom and I made appointments for manicure and pedicures. We arrived early for appointments, quickly noticing that all the technicians were each busy with a client. Being early, we didn’t mind waiting. However, only one technician became available and started my mom’s manicure on time. Once we realized no other technicians were becoming available soon, we had asked when I would be taken for my appointment. To summarize, Spa & Nails was just okay. The service was mediocre and my nails were completed as fast as they could get done. Also, the space is dirty and cluttered. I would suggest trying another salon in the area. You most likely will get a better service experience and your nails will look just as good.

They didn't have the color I wanted, but told me they would order it and have it for next time. =) Kenny did a great job on my nails and even custom blended me a color from the powders they did have available. He was quick and efficient but very thorough and loves doing unique, custom work - very hard to find on Cape! I will definitely be going back!
