I never like to leave reviews, but once in a while I feel it's warranted. I have had gel manicures every 2-3 weeks for the past 10 or so years, so I consider myself an expert. This was by far the worse. It's been 3 days and a nail has started to chip. I walked in there and very nicely said that I was down in Falmouth for the summer and that a friend recommended their salon and I was psyched they were so close to me! Silence...not even a smile. But the main reason I am writing this review is that this is the first time I have ever had a manicure where my nails have not been soaked. My cuticles and nails were cut dry. That is a very uncomfortable feeling. Also, I noticed that a woman sitting near me had a paraffin treatment done. I was expecting the same or at least a little lotion afterwards, but I was just told "all set". I was a bit shocked, but I'm not going to ask for a little lotion. I can go home and do it myself. I just won't go back. Reading some of the great reviews, people are raving for getting a paraffin treatment for just a $15 manicure! I spent $32 for a gel manicure and got nothing. It really irks me! Although I don't like to chit chat when I am having my nails done, I wouldn't mind a smile here or there. It looked like not only was my manicurist, but also another man there were miserable. I noticed that he twice said something underneath his breath about a couple of requests the women next to me asked of him. It could've been something nice, but I highly doubt it.I'll give the place 2 stars because it was nice and spacious and looked clean. Also, they were willing to give a neck massage, but I have a bad neck and refused it.  When there are so many nail salons in Falmouth to choose from, you would think they would want to make a new customer. Every time I come to this salon, it's AT LEAST a 25 minute wait. I called before, made an appointment, and still waited for half an hour. There was only one other client getting a pedicure while two workers were just walking around in the salon on their phones. The lady doing my nails answered her cell phone every time it rang. A manicure that should have taken 30 minutes to get done, took twice as long. Last time I ever come here. Astoundingly poor customer service. The manager told my frail mother ( using a walker and needing 2 assists to leave home) to make an appointment and come back later. This was after I came in one hour before to see if they could manage a frail elder unable to get into the chairs. A customer who overheard both exchanges followed me out to say how she thought it was disgusting. STAY AWAY!!! Read Less

Today I decided to check this place out, I have not been home in a while and have read great reviews. Unfortunately I had less than a decent experience with this establishment. When I first walked in, I had said that I wanted my fake nails removed and then would like a manicure afterwards. I was told okay, but that I needed to wait 15 minutes. Not a problem! Once I was called over, the woman (different from who approached me when I walked in) had absolutely no idea what I wanted. I simply explained once again that I wanted my fake nails removed and then a manicure afterwards. She proceeded to remove the gel nail polish (which I thought was odd since I wanted everything removed) and once she was done she asked me if I'd like my nails cut? I said "no, I want them removed entirely they are fake and I would like a manicure after they are removed" she replied with "OH MY GOD!" Spoke in a different language to her coworkers and then told me that's not what I asked for. Not willing to argue with her over what I know came out of my mouth I left VERY upset. I will not go back here again, they are rude and not very friendly at all and personally their prices are FAR too high. I live in the cape for the summers. Found this place last year. So this past Saturday I decided to go again. I walked in, they asked me what I wanted. I said a gel manicure and pedicure. They said okay we can take you now. Told me to have a seat. A very short man did my nails, he seemed like he was in a bad mood. I thought it was weird he didn't soak my hands, or use cuticle gel. Oh well I was looking forward to my pedicure because I really needed one. As I sat there multiple... walk ins came in asking for pedicures. They took them right in. Just before my nails were done a women came in and said can I get a pedicure? The man doing my nails said yes, 10 minutes. He then gives me my total. I said oh I'm getting a pedicure too. He said no we don't have time. I said I asked for a pedicure an hour ago when I came in before all these ppl. He yelled no come back tomorrow! I was so shocked I said no thanks I won't be back! We love this place! Clean, light and bright. Metal tools are sanitized, files are packaged. Great selection of Essie, OPI And Vinylux polish. Pedicure tubs are lined so don't worry about dirty tubs. Great neck massage when toes are drying. They have gel polish too. Read Less
