Most UNSANITARY nail salon I have EVER been too! Dirty towel, the nail tech took a dirty nail file out of a stop and shop trash bag that had other trash in it, pulled her cuticle nippers out from her drawer, wiped them off with a towel and used them on me, then put them back in her drawer when done. Not friendly at all. My friend came with me and also had a horrible experience. Gel polish all over her fingers, and her nail tech was watching t.v the whole time. No idea why I even let the woman finish. Somebody is gonna come out of this place with a disease! Do your self a favor and go someplace else! Read Less

I have never been to such a disgusting nail salon in my life. DO NOT GO HERE. I did t have enough fingers or toes to count the amount of health code violations in the nail salon. I was told to pick my color and sit down at a station which I did. The towel was full dirt, crumbs, and god knows what else. Tools and implements were pulled out of drawers, there wasn't a barbacide in sight, and not to mention the awful application of my gel polish... It was sloppy and the manicurist was watching the football game as be was pushing and cutting my cuticle and buffing my nails... Or should I say fingertips. He was also on his phone quite a bit which I find extremely unprofessional. Clearly the game and his social life were more important. After he was done with the most awful gel polish job I have ever experienced he put his feet up and relaxed. I showed who seemed to be the owner my nails and told her I don't feel like I should have to pay for it, she started buffing, filing, and nipping the hardened gel polish off of my fingertips and cuticles. She said I only have to pay $12 because she "has to pay for him" ... I will be calling the state board and hopefully no one else will have to encounter an experience like this. Read Less

I should have listened to the reviews. One of the worst pedicures I have ever had...The pedicure lasted no more than 15 minutes from start to finish...Pedicure was completely rushed. Not sure of their sanitation practices either. Never did I see a  cleaning spray being used in the pedicure tubs, gross and the implements were not sanitized at all from what I could see.I am in the salon industry, I will be calling the state board of cosmetology to report this salon.. I went to Falmouth Nail last week.  I have been there several times, basically because of its convenience to my home.  I will never go back again.  While there I noticed several health hazards... first of all after my pedicure the nail tech rinsed out the bowl without scrubbing or spraying any disinfectant.  The nail tech's do not were gloves while doing pedicures and most importantly I saw one of the nail tech's take 'all the hot towels' that were just used on people, stick them in the sink throw water on them and then put them in the steamer...without washing them.....SO MANY health code violations.  I called the board of health in Falmouth and was told they do not licence or deal with nail salons and had not idea where else I could call to report this nail salon...REALLY?? The first time I went to this nail salon I had an excellent pedicure by a young man-- one of the best!  Second time I went (last week) the older woman did a manicure. Without a doubt the worst ever. Total time spent beginning to end--  maybe 15 minutes.  While shaping my nails she sawed back and forth with a very rough emery board. My nails have been breaking ever since. My nails were in good shape before I went there. She barely  touched my cuticles, and all this with a very sour expression on her face the whole time. Went to get a manicure here and it was horrible. She barely cut my cuticles, the lotion massage was no more than 30 seconds to a minute, I had nail polish on the tips of my fingers and around my nail that she never cleaned off.... It was by far the worst manicure I've gotten and the two girls I was with felt the same way. I will not go back there again. Read Less

I gave this place a second chance after a not so good first visit last summer. Bad idea. During my pedicure, my toe nails were pick at, pulled on and cut at a ridiculous angle. I noticed the customer next to me getting far more attention, longer massage, more scrubbing, toe cracking etc. I felt like the older woman (possibly owner) doing mine was rushing. I try to relax and enjoy my time at the nail salon, so I was not intently watching the work be done. When I felt a piece of corner nail be yanked out-OUCH!- I looked down and the damage was done. While I dried, all four of the women behind the nail counters were on their iPads, ignoring customers drying right in front of them! When I got home, after further inspection, the paint job was sloppy. Today, the day after, my toe is SO sore from having the nail yanked out on the corner. Guess I learned my lesson about giving poor work a second chance. Do your fingers and toes a favor and GO ELSEWHERE. Read Less

I was not at all impressed with this nail salon.  First, it was not very clean.  Instead of sweeping them off into the trash, the nail tech shook out all the nail polish peels and clippings onto the floor.  There were cooking utensils sititng out on the floor, too.  Instead of using an implement, she picked the dry shellac off my nails with her fingernails.  She interrupted my manicure to start another woman's.  Overall, would not return.
