Don't go here as an out of town visitor because they will help every local that walks in before you. They started my pedicure at 1pm. They had accommodated everyone that walked In after I had arrived. I waited and waited to get my nails done and finally paid and walked out at 2:45 because they still hadn't started my nails. I've been going to sue now for over 2 years. I go on average every 2 to 3 weeks because I grow super fast nails. Every set I have had have been totally different from the last and everytime I go there is always a new colour or design or technique to try! We were in town for a wedding so I called to make an appt for a regular manicure for my girlfriend, they took us right away. We were in and out in 15 mins! It was great! My 1st appointment with Suzanne will certainly not be my last. She's incredibly knowledgable on every aspect of her treatments. She treats you as a friend making you feel very relaxed and comfortable and you feel as though you've known her for ever, she's so lovely. I went to Suzanne after having a bodged up job of acrylics put on by another 'home beauty therapist'. The difference is unbelievable in the quality of products and techniques that Suzanne uses, which in my opinion... is far better than any nail bar I've been to. I learned throughout my appointment that she regularly goes on courses to update her techniques, styles and colours so she is up to date with all latest requests. This is something I've not heard from a home based nail technician before so I was genuinely impressed and felt very confident in letting her loose on my nails. Suzanne guided me on length and shape of my nail and wanted me to feel 100% happy before she proceeded. The colour choice was unbelievably spectacular and I didn't think I'd be able to choose just one, but she even has that to a fine art and I'd chosen my perfect colour within a couple of minutes. My nails look incredible and that's something I've never said before, I've always thought my nails looked ok but after Suzanne used her skills I can honestly say I love my nails. I left Suzanne's feeling as though I was saying bye to a friend she really is a wonderful person who cares about you and more importantly the state and condition of your nails. Not only did I get aftercare advice which is something I've never been given before, I was given a free complimentery bottle of cuticle oil and a loyalty card which offers discounts once filled. I would give this salon 0 stars if it were possible. I heard great things from friends around Falmouth about this salon, they couldn't have been more wrong ! I asked for a pink and white gel set, when I got there it was pretty close to the time they were closing, they didn't ask how short/long I wanted my nails he just started cutting away , didn't ask me what shape I wanted my nails to be. I even had a couple that were crooked!? Three days after I got them done they actually started PEELING!! I have never had this experience with gel nails, especially only after 3 days! They yellowed after about a week, oh and did I mention you can only tip in cash? Of course they didn't mention this over the phone when I booked my appointment. He didn't even speak to me the entire time, they were cleaning up around me and even sweeping UNDERNEATH my chair while I got my nails done!! I was entirely disgusted! Underwhelming, at best. Had to wait over 20 mins even though my mother had made an appointment for us a few days earlier. I had a mani/pedi that was fine, but the polish was poorly applied and looked sloppy. My mother wanted a french manicure with gels- what she got was not gel and looked like a 2 year old did it- crooked, uneven, too short, sloppy, and just overall really poorly done. My neighbor referred me to this Salon and I decided to try them out for the first time. I tried them out today and they have done a good job on my Pedi. and Mani. The prices are reasonable for the services and the staff is very friendly. It is a cleanliest salon I have not seen for a long time. The location is very convenience (just a short walk down the brick walk way of Falmouth Mall). They do take walk-in but you may have to wait. If you don't want to take chance, it is best to give them a call to set up an appointment so you don't have to wait. I definitely come back again for my future services. Read Less

I went to Falmouth Fashion Nails today, on a whim, to get a pedicure. They told me it would be a 5-10 minute wait. Although it took them 5-10 minutes to seat me in a chair, they left my feet soaking in water for an additional 15-20 minutes until they finished up with other clients. Thus, 35 minutes after walking in, my feet finally began to receive some attention. The nail tech was nice but quiet. She diligently worked on my feet. The leg and foot massage was okay, but Ive had better. The paint job came out nicely though. Hopefully it won't chip off.Aside from the long wait, I would return to Falmouth Fashion Nails again for its convenience and decent outcome. The prices were fair too.
