I made a 1p.m. appointment on the day of my daughter's senior prom. I went in for a pedicure and a full set for myself a pedicure and a manicure for one of my daughters and a pedicure and a full set for my other daughter. My daughter who is going to the prom got a manicure as she already has long nails naturally the paint job was rushed as they were packed they promised us a 1:00p.m. appointment and did not take us until 2:15 and then Rush through our nails has more customers came in and I also let them know that I had a hair appointment at 3:30 and expect it to be done in time for that at the end my bill was $165 for the three of us I paid that plus a tip but I will not go back and I would not recommend them because I believe if you have an appointment you should be seen at that time not just yessed in and told you have an appointment to get you on the door and make you wait also if you're spending $200 on nails I don't think you should be charged because you want your nails a certain shape as me and my daughter were charged this place is not about customer service it's about how many customers they can get in quick get the money from and get them back out that's not good business in my opinion.

I used to go there every 2 weeks I was never happy with my nails but I like how they wax your eye brows for you but I was never happy with the way my nails came out they always fell off easy and now that I’ve been to better places I will not go back there they are to quick and don’t pay attention to what they are doing instead they do them quick and talk to each other they will have you waiting for your turn to get your nails done they pick who they want to go first it’s so annoying. They are very rude to.

i had the worst expirence at this nail salon they comepltely ruined my nails there was a guy doing my nails who i believ was the owner who was incredibly rude and seemed so bothered to do his job then he had someone else finsish my nails who had never done nails before. he completely ruined the shape and it already
looks like i need fills and i got them done today and the polish looks horrible. i will never ever step foot in this salon again!

My mom and I had an appointment here last week. It took over an hour to have our acrylics done. They had one person working on several clients at the same time. Today we took off our acrylics and we each had a nail fungus. The nail techs didn't seem to be following sanitary regulations and didn't seem to have much experience

They were taking customers who came in after me, who had no appointment. Also were talking bad about other nail places people have gone to (everyone has their own opinion on there place but thats not professional for a buisness to do) and also bad about customers of their own. This was my first and last time there. Not happy at all with the way my nails came out... I wanted a long set of acrylics and in the end i end up with crooked short nails since the person couldnt focus on doing my nails correctly or even keep them straight because they were to busy worrying about what everyone else was doing. Im not one to complain but i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

I have been going here for several years; it's very convenient & the service is wonderful. All the girls, but especially Tiffany, are outstanding!!

I used to go there every 2 weeks I was never happy with my nails but I like how they wax your eye brows for you but I was never happy with the way my nails came out they always fell off easy and now that I’ve been to better places I will not go back there they are to quick and don’t pay attention to what they are doing instead they do them quick and talk to each other they will have you waiting for your turn to get your nails done they pick who they want to go first it’s so annoying. They were taking customers who came in after me, who had no appointment. Also were talking bad about other nail places people have gone to (everyone has their own opinion on there place but thats not professional for a buisness to do) and also bad about customers of their own. This was my first and last time there. Not happy at all with the way my nails came out... I wanted a long set of acrylics and in the end i end up with crooked short nails since the person couldnt focus on doing my nails correctly or even keep them straight because they were to busy worrying about what everyone else was doing. Im not one to complain but i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!
