They are rude if your skin is brown ! I came in and got manicure and a color change on my toes, and was never greeted by the lady doing my feet, I said "how are you" to her but she was too busy talking with the other girls in their native language about me getting a color change and not a pedicure. If there is an issue doing color changes on toes they should take it off of their pricing list! Either way I still spent my green money! So sad they lost a good, tipping customer :( Read Less

I would like to give the salon 5 stars but can't because I do think there is room for improvement. I stopped going to another salon nearby and was very happy with the fact that this salon has plenty of people working. I've never waited more than 15 minutes. I just wish they had more OPI polishes and that the staff wasn't so damn nosey. I don't like to chit chat with them, I just like to relax and unwind. Read Less

Went here today for gel mani & pedi.  Tina was very friendly and professional.  I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door.  Very clean and efficient.  Absolutely loved the pedicure.  My feet haven't been this soft in a long time even though I've had plenty of professional pedis.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Nails - horrible. The men that work there are extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I asked to please make sure that my nails were all the same length, as the last time I went there they were all crooked (he could see that they were) He gave me a dirty look, talked to his coworkers in another language, and when I left they were still all different lengths. This was the worst manicure I have ever had. They did not take their time and when asked to fix the nail polish all over my skin she said later and then never fixed it. Half of my nails had stroke marks, missing areas with no polish, the tips of my nails were not painted and she rushed through the whole thing. I would never go back. Read Less

They do a great job on nails, they're all very nice, and I've never had a problem before in my years going here, however when it comes to eyebrow waxing be very specific as to what you want. I have, well had, nice, naturally-arched youthful brows. A  week before my wedding I got my eyebrows waxed, just asking for them to be cleaned up, but she took off most of my brows making them pencil-thin and in doing so, she removed the arch. No word of exagertion, they are super thin straight lines (one is even thinner than the other, making them uneven), all of which is unfortunate since they won't grow back for my wedding and will have to be drawn on. Normally I would just shrug it of and let them grow back without writing a review let alone a semi-negative one, but I feel that others who have important events coming up and decide to get it done should be aware. Unless, it's the look you're shooting for, be very-very specific, and I can't stress this enough: show them what you want. Read Less

When I first started going here, they were great! The staff took their time and did a really great job whenever I got my nails or eyebrows done. However, the quality of service significantly decreases over time. The last time was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. The lady who did my eye brows did in less than 5 minutes and ripped my skin. It hurt SO BAD, and I've gotten my eye brows done countless times. My eyes were watering and the lady was still putting wax on and ripping as I was trying to wipe my eyes. WHen she was done, my brows looked horrible so someone else had to fix them for me. Went there for the first time today with my daughter,  we both had a really good pedicure.  They went the extra mile with the hot steaming towels wrapped around your legs while they apply your toe polish.  About an hour and a half later I realized I ruined one of my toes so I was around there and went back, they fixed it at no added cost.  We will absolutely go back again.  They have 8 pedicure chairs, it is very clean and decorated nicely.  Nothing bad at all to say about Rose Nail.  Go, get yourself a relaxing pedicure.  You will not be sorry.
