f I want a quick manicure and pedicure this is where I used to go, they used to be much better when they first opened up, but now, I'm not so sure. It really matters whom one gets as one's manicurist. I haven't been going as much as I used to because it's not as good. I think now that they have a lot of customers, they don't care if they lose customers. My last manicure wasn't good. I will not use that manicurist again, if I do return. I have been back since and my experience was better, but their overall rating as far as I'm concerned is three stars. I prefer natural products, a more relaxing environment, and a longer pedicure where they're not rushing to get to the next customer. Some nail technicians are better than others. Diana and Maria are my favorites, but there are a few others that are good as well. Another aspect of this salon I do not like is the loud movies they play which are often violent, or just inappropriate for a place that is supposed to be relaxing. I would say get rid of the movies and replace them with relaxing music. Read Less

The place is just okay. The employees sit and watch tv, sleep in the chairs and scrub their feet while they wait for customers. Very unprofessional. I feel bad for some of the ladies here. They look like they're so unhappy. The pedicure was decent but I will be looking for other places. Read Less

I’ve always had great experiences at Lavender Nails. It’s a relaxing environment and everyone is very nice. I just go for pedicures and I’ve never had an issue. I recently brought my small daughter with me and they were very accommodating with her. I paid a small fee and they painted her nails and toes and put little flowers on a couple of nails. Super cute! As a visitor from out of town naturally I yelped the Nail Salons in the area. Multiple popped up close by, but I chose this one since the reviews looked good. Absolutely outstanding nail salon in Easton. Lavender is so clean. I love that they use the plastic inserts for the pedicures, it just feels so sanitary. When I have an appointment, I have never waited more than five minutes! Both Jay and April are awesome. I've been to a lot of nail salons and this is the best I've ever been to. I can't say enough about how great they are. I've had most of the techs there and have never been disappointed with any one of them. My nails always look amazing. They are the cleanest salon I've ever been to as well, new liners each time you get a pedi and each tool is Sanitized after use. I had an appointment for 3 people at 5:30. They took 2 of us at 5:40 and finished them pretty quick. At 6:15 I was still waiting for my appointment to get started. Both my mom and sister ended up finishing and somehow they still didn't have a tech to start on me. 50+ minutes after my appointment time and they couldn't even start me! I cannot believe all of these great reviews! Maybe I got the wrong nail tech. I went for the first time, yesterday, and got the worst gel mani I have ever had! I explained to the woman that I had cracked a nail and asked her to repair it (should have been a very easy fix. I've had it done many times). She apparently "forgot" and proceeded to rip my nail off when removing my polish. She put some cotton on my bloody finger and didn't do anything else to trim/repair the nail. Love this place! I've been coming for years and have never had an issue. Cleanliness is important to me and I never worry here. Pedicures are safer with a disposable plastic liner in each foot bath. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. They do get super busy especially Friday and Saturdays so I just come accordingly to avoid. I keep the same appointment every other week and I haven't had an issue. There are a ton of nail color options and I have had a few specially ordered for me when I ask. Love love this location. I recently went here to do a gel mani and pedi for my wedding. my gel mani started to peel the next day and I had a chip for my wedding. and the woman that did my pedi destroyed my toes. she pulled out non existent hang nails. causing my toes to swell up and turn red and painful. Read Less

I came to this salon because I was turned away from another one due to hours and since Lavender is open till 7:30 I was relieved! Nina was my nail technician and she was amazing! The receptionist and staff was inviting friendly and super accommodating. Despite my many apologies for coming in at 6:45 they were happy to have me. I chose a color and Nina immediately got to work. I am VERY happy with my work and will be returning! The place was clean, great layout of stations for bringing a friend and discounts/reward points galore. I've been going to Lavender Nails regularly for well over a year and am extremely happy with their services. They have an extensive selection of shellac colors and their pedicure options are AMAZING! It's very clean & everyone there is very professional. It can get quite busy on the weekend so I recommend making an appointment ahead of time. Read Less

I was here only once on my vacation. It was terrific! Jay was very friendly and professional when handling my feet. I love her bubbly personality, humor and her broad knowledges! I used to love coming here. They were very nice at first. First for the positives,  they offer $5 off for every third visit if you pay in cash and they seem very clean. Now for the negatives,  I had a very similar experience to Courtney V. I was getting a manicure and the man who was doing my nails kept getting up every couple of minutes to answer the phone or to check people in. It was very frustrating and then he continued to tell me that "he spoiled me". Which kind of rubbed me the wrong way. . But I gave them another chance, every time I come here I have a different experience then the next. My friend used to make appointments for us, but then we would still have to wait around 10 more minutes, so an appointment is basically useless. I visted here back in march and had a pretty decent experience which is good because I have a hard time finding a good salon because I feel that now a days they just want to get customers in and out. I then went back telling family and friends about it and how they offer so many ways to earn coupons and how nice the man was who did my nails. My sister, who I referred, went in to get a manicure for our other sisters wedding. Her experience was a nightmare. I felt so bad that I told her to go there and her nails looked terrible and she had a horrible experience. When you walk in, the man sitting directly to the left who is facing the door, did her nails. He got up 15 times. Yes she counted. I decided to give them another chance and went in and told them about my sisters experience and they did feel bad however, they continued to rush to do my nails for the same wedding and I would say they came out just okay. I then decided to go back again just last week and had the same man who sits to the left, the very thin asian man. He got up about 5 times while doing my nails, he missed about 5 steps when doing my fill, and he rushed the entire time. I have had my nails done so many times that I know the process better than they do. What an awful experience I had. That was my final straw and I will now tell others how awful it is there and I will never go back.After all of that, my sister and I never got our $5 off refer a friend coupon. Do not go here!
