I went to get a pedicure today, it was the first and last here... the lady was fanning my toes with a piece of paper and hit one of my nails that had polish on it. It created a huge chip I ask her if she could redo that one toe ( I should mention they are just French tipped). She was going to leave it like she didn't see it! I asked her to please take it off and start again and she just went right along with "fixing" it...... needless to say I'm either going to redo it at home or go somewhere else. Made an appointment for 2 pm yesterday for a mani and fill, was very upset when I was not even put in a chair for mani until 2:50. It was not bizzy at all just not enough workers, and to add to it only one woman doing  acrylic or gel nails. This is not the first time this has happened, I have been sitting in mani chair and asked to come back in a couple of hours to get my nails filled. I have tried given them the Benefit of the dout for I have been going there since they open, yet now they are under new management/owner. Time to find new nail salon. Read Less

I have tried several different nail spa's here in Easton however, this nail shop has been the best hands down. They have great prices, a relaxing atmosphere and skilled technicians that were great at what they do. I saw Kimmy who did a fabulous job on my nails. Previously, I went to Lavender Nails and Spa however, I was not pleased with the services that I received. My nails were fine, but I was not pleased with my pedicure. For $125 I should have walked out of the spa feeling great. But today after a simple refill that cost me $20 I felt great and extremely pleased I would definitely recommend you try them out because they are definitely worth it. I know that I will be going back and no longer have to look any further for a great nail shop that provides quality service. Read Less

Walked in here on a Friday afternoon because I was in the area and my normal place could not take me until 4:00 pm which did not work for me. Anyways, I walked in and was taken right assay which was nice, but there were only three other people in there getting their nails done at the time. The woman who did my nails was very nice, they let me charge my iPhone which was nice and she did an excellent job, my only complaint was that she took a little longer than I expected, but I also had somewhere to be so that could have been why I thought that. This poor girl, however, had an appt to get her acrylics fixed at 2:45, walked in and let them know why she was there and that she had an appt and one of the workers said oh okay okay, have a seat. The poor girl was STILL sitting there at 3:07 and one worker told her well, sorry you have to wait. Another customer told the worker that the girl made an appt and that she said that multiple times! There was also another worker doing nothing too, just walking around! If I was the girl I would have walked out! Cost $27 for gel nails, which is the norm. This place was good because I was in a pinch, but doesn't get a good review because of how they treated that girl. Read Less

This was my second or third time visiting. I like to give people the bennifit of the doubt. I have never had great service here , but today was horrible! I went today Sunday as an early Mother's day gift from my daughter. The pedicure was ok...not the best the lady was a little rough and didn't seem to understand anything I said. But the manicure was the worst. The woman was rude, and though she spoke English didn't seem to understand what I wanted or why I wanted the color o...n my toes to match my fingers....she had me pay before she would finish my nails and did a very sloppy job leaving paint all over my fingers. Not trying to judge but you have an INFANT exposed to those toxic fumes all day rolling around the store in a walker, so sad! Oh, and we if your Sunday special is going to be mimosa's to drink, you should probably actually serve them or at least teach your staff what one is smh...oh but the poor older lady beside me had it worse...they scammed her into a new full set then the girl doing the nails was terribly hateful to the lady because a male came and questioned her. After having a horrible experience at Nail Pro and spa on Belmont st, I came here for a fill. I showed Kimmy (owner) my nails and she must have felt pity for me because she instantly took me to her table and gave my the best manicure I have ever had. I have acrylic and gel polish and you would never know it. I've gotten so many compliments! The only con is they are a bit pricey, but I truly believe that you get what you pay for. I came in for a pedicure and I remember not waiting too long. I chose the basic pedicure for $26, but I didn't know that they include the paraffin wrap and hot stone massage! I have never had both of those done before so I was seriously in for a treat. My feet were so soft and stress free after that and the pedicure lasted for 3 weeks!The staff were very helpful and didn't make people wait too long from what I noticed. They were nice and took me for my appointment quick but that was about it. I just wanted a gel polish change only no cutting/filing down of my natural nails down or shaping of them. It took me months to get my natural nails the length and shape I had them. Lady instantly started filing my nails down & shaping them. Now my nails are too short for an event coming up. In addition they dont take debit or credit cards so had to leave and come back with cash.Read Less

What a terrible experience. After being there today for one hour for a manicure the polish didn't cure. Having no more time to wait, I told them I was done. They charged me for the time anyways..
