Awful. Thuy Le made the polish so thick that I could push it back after an hour of drying. The polish had to be removed and I didn't have time for another. Annoying. No refund no apologies - just come back some other time. Ummmm no thanks Read Less

I had my first expensive here recently. Friendly staff, gentle, reasonably priced and the place is clean. There was no wait when i arrived and i was in and out in 30 min for gel polish manicure! It was great. I will go back soon! Read Less

I've been an Expert Nails customer since you opened and I have to say that after my last 2 experiences I don't think I will be going back. First I got a gel mani that I paid $35 for and it started chipping in less than 10 days. I called and spoke to Kevin told him I wanted to come in the next day to get my nails fixed. Came in got my nails fixed decided to go with the SNS also because it would make the gel polish last better, I asked Kevin if I could get some sort of compen...sation for the poor quality of my $35 gel manicure. He told me he could give me $5 off really I just spent $35 10 days ago. within four hours of coming home my gel polish is already chipping for which I spent another $49 on for a total on $84. Probably some of the nicest ladies I have ever met working in a nail salon. Every single one of them is so welcoming! Prices are standard, but the service is not. These ladies don't just treat you like a number like they do at most nail salons. The place itself is very clean and the environment is as relaxing as it should be. They have a little cooler full of bottled water that they offer to each and every client. The manicure itself is good. Not the best I've ever had, but very good. The pedicure, though, was outstanding. I felt like the massage went on forever, and it was so nice!Definitely a nice addition to East Longmeadow! I can't wait to come back! Read Less

I came here on Tuesday afternoon (5 days ago) and got a gel manicure with two of my friends. The ladies doing our nails were so friendly and talkative- just really nice! My nails looked pretty good once they were done but one nail had a bump near the top (from painting over a piece of clipped cuticle) and a few of my nails were painted to my skin.. So shortly afterwards it has pulled away and get caught on things (like my hair while washing it). I would come back to this salon because of the nice ladies who work there and the location but it wouldn't be my first choice because of the quality of the manicures. If I came back I wouldn't come back for a gel manicure but I may get a regular manicure or pedicure. Read Less

The salon itself is impeccable with top-of-the-line equipment and a clean, bright, and friendly environment. I'm so excited I tried this place today for pedicure and brow wax. I saw Heidi, and absolutely love her! Everyone there seems great, though. This place is CLEAN, professional, friendly, they do not rush, and the massage chair feels so good. This is my new place!
